Very Professional. Highly recommended. After reaching out to several contractors to perform restoration and construction work on my 1884 home, I hired Clemco to build a replacement two floor wrap-around porch with slate roof and to construct a separate belvedere with a roof top cupola and finial. I wasn't disappointed. Tom's blend of craftsmanship, restoration knowledge and work experience resulted in a finished project that exceeded all my expectations. Tom's advice and insights led to incorporating design and construction changes that enhanced the appearance and historical accuracy of the finished project. The workmanship was superb. His pricing is fair and he and his crew are a pleasure to deal with.

Tom and his team at Clemco were fantastic. We initially reached out to Clemco for advice when we were given an astronomical quote to fix and restore our 19th century Queen Anne chimney stack. Tom visited the site and was able to quickly assess the situation, and propose an estimate. Clemco offered a realistic timeline for project start and completion. The work crew on-site took extra care during and after the project. Clemco’s restoration experience was evident throughout. We fully trust Tom and team, and look forward to using him again and again with any restoration work our home will need!

Tom and his crew have done work at our 1901 Victorian home on several occasions. They have rebuilt our chimney from the roofline up in brick, installed windows throughout our home, repaired “yankee gutters” on our bay window, and recently refurbished our front porch. Tom is a true craftsman. He designed and cut moldings for our front porch that have enhanced its beauty. He has a “great eye.” He sticks to the historic accuracy of a home and offers great advice with design and colors. His prices are always fair, and the quality of his work (and his crew) is excellent.
