If you want your project to stall and have no communication from the company, then choose Cleary. If you want to reach out the corporate office for help and be made to feel like you are bothering them, then use Cleary. We have a pole barn build that is now into it's 10th month, and Cleary can't seem to finish what should have been completed by January at the latest. Damaged materials, lost windows, materials not delivered, trim issues, we could go on and on. Oh, and don't spend the money on their fancy liner package, they don't know how to install it. Shame on us for not heading the other bad reviews and trying to give a local office a chance. And by the way, don't expect a regional manager to be any help- it seems they train the local managers to not return calls or emails. The owner of this corporation represents it as a customer oriented company and build process. It is ANYTHING but that!!

We are considering using cleary buildingto build this a home and the salesperson was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know if I will go this direction just yet, but they are definitely in the running .

If would suggest that if you are looking for a building you should not use Cleary Buildings. The company is managed horribly. During my project the supervisor changed 4 times. My building delivery got postponed from the end of October to January. I was asked to pull my own permits. When I went to go talk to the permit office I was told the builder needs to pull them. How does a company of this size not know that?

Now at this point they are asking for their final payment even though they are not done with the job. They have also not received their green tag for my building yet.
