Frantz and his team did awesome job. They did what they said. They provide explanations and professional solutions whenever we have questions and worries. They also did clean up job so well. We would choose them again if we will do other projects.

The whole process was easy and enjoyable. When I contacted them, they came out that same day to look at the fix I needed on my siding. Jump to a few weeks later, they were able to get our job done in record time before a blizzard hit. Such great service and incredibly attentive people. Will be having them back out for future projects! Thank you!

Franz came out to inspect my roof and gave me a solution I was happy with! He performed the work quickly and kept his appointments!
He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too. He sent me photos and videos of the sections I couldn't see from the ground or a ladder. We are very happy with the service!

Tim did an excellent job working with the insurance company to get all damages covered and answered all our questions. the installers were efficient and did quality fast work.

Frantz came out earlier than our appointment because he wanted to make sure our roof would be okay before having a rain! I really appreciate his concern!

Hands down, Frantz and his team came through for me in a pinch. I needed the roof replaced on short notice. Frantz and his team were able to bail me out. Frantz, was really good keeping me updated and addressed and answered any questions I had throughout the entire process from the time his crew showed up, until the very end. I had left for work before the crew had arrived, I came home over lunch and other than having a new roof already installed, you would have never known anybody was there. I was in a stressful situation that AE made easy-My single father was in a tragic accident and could no longer make decisions for himself. The same day my father was injured, hail hit his home causing significant damage.

Professional!! Can’t state that enough. So responsive to my (customer) needs after storm damage to vinyl siding and honestly one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I highly recommend him. I called to schedule an appointment for repairs as a technician had damaged a customer's gutters fixing some issues, they were able to fix the gutter, match it and all in less than 5 days! The quality, the communication was just amazing! My customer was extremely happy which meant so was I. Would recommend anytime to anyone!

I wanted to refinance my home while interest rates were low, but my roof wasn't going to let that happen... I called on Frantz to take a look for me. He found evidence of hail damage from a recent storm, and I was able to supplement the cost of the new roof with insurance. Frantz kept me updated on the project at all times and even got someone in to repair some cracking in my plaster and lathe ceiling that appeared during the install!

I needed new gutters after a roof replacement and decided to have the soffit and fascia wrapped at the same time.
Antoine came out to the house to give me a quote as part of an insurance claim. He walked around the house with me, laid out exactly what would need to be done and an approximate timeframe, and quoted a price lower than what others were saying.
This was at the beginning of spring so there were a number of days with 50+ mph winds that crews were not working and he was always very attentive and let me know exactly what was going on.
From the first visit to each subsequent encounter, Antoine was one of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet and his work speaks for itself. Everything was completed on time and on budget. There really is no reason to look elsewhere.

Upon returning from vacation, it was unknown to me that a storm had ripped through Lincoln leaving several parts of town with damage done to homes, my home was not exempt. It became evident quickly that shingles had been blown off our roof. Knowing exactly who to call, I reached out to Antoine Exteriors immediately. I explained my situation and asked if I could be put on their schedule for an estimate to be done. Much to my surprise Frantz came out the following morning before we were even awake, inspected, evaluated, and sent me the needed information. Still thinking it would be a few days before the actual work to be done, I was preparing to wait. That very same afternoon supplies were dropped off, and the very next morning a crew of workers showed up, repaired the roof, cleaned up behind themselves again all before our day had begun! The quick response time and professionalism of this company is incredible! I highly highly recommend!

They were prompt in reviewing the work that needed done (gutter replacement and siding repair), providing and estimate and then showing up onsite to conduct the work. They were communicative with me about when they would be here or couldn't (e.g. when weather interfered) and were present when they said they would be. Very professional and easily one of the best contractors I have worked with. I highly recommend them!
