White Castle Roofing (Tyler Bailey) first was very helpful with what materials I was going to use when the roof was to be redone and getting everything lined up. After that was figured out it didn’t take very long before they asked me if they could come in and work on the roof. Kaleb & his crew did a wonderful job taking off the old shingles and skylights and putting the new ones in their place! They also installed the turbine vents I wanted - all in one day with myself being kept up to date on their progress by Kaleb as they progressed. I got home from work and they were just cleaning up. Really great work, you couldn’t tell they’d been there (except the great roof) after they left. Very polite & professional guys! I’d recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!!!

This is an example of a large local company that you would think have the best staff available from Project Managers to the actual laborers preforming the services, not the case. I recently had my roof and gutters replaced and as much as I would like to say that both jobs went off without a hitch, that was not the case. Since the roof was completed, they have came back 3 times to address issues that should not have taken place and gutters, I am still picking up screws and nails 3 days after the completion. The roof was completed in a timely manner but with issues that required return visits and phone calls, should have never taken place. As far as the gutters, the crew spent more time sitting in my front yard than they did installing the new gutters. I wouldn’t say a thing about their down time except for the fact that I’m still cleaning up after them. In my opinion, there is no excuse for me finding screws/nails and gutter clippings left behind. In conclusion, very disappointed/unhappy with all services provided by White Castle Roofing.

Top notch customer service for people to work with. They are quick with replies to keep you informed and answer any questions. Very thorough at what they do and do a great job. Went above my expectations

We had new gutters installed this year on a townhouse with a couple of roofs draining together. It took an extra trip to make it work perfect without overflowing but Caleb took care of the issues. professionally and politely. He added a couple pieces of tin to help handle a heavy flow. He also had a suggestion for how to take care of the new gutter guard. We appreciate his efforts and am glad he took good care of us. Bob Sealock

Needed gutters and downspouts replaced. Got some quotes and found that White Castle has best offer. The gentleman that came to do the work were very polite and communicated with me throughout the job to check my preferences as questions arose.i had requested two extra tasks be done while they were there. They fixed my DIY work and figured out the other extra project by carefully measuring, planning and getting my input. After they left I did a walk around to pick up debris. Circled the house twice and didn't find a single thing to pick up. I have flower and shrub plantings surrounding my house. I assumed there would be damage from their ladders and being up and down all day. Checked their work after the first rain and everything drains well. I am VERY pleased with their work

We were put in a bind to get a new roof in a short period of time. White Castle was super easy to work with and made the whole experience of getting a new roof less stressful. They got the roof done in one day and the gutters done in one day as well. Everyone I talked to were super nice and professional. Would highly recommend checking out White Castle when looking to get your roof replaced.

Update based on review below - Following my poor review/experience with White Castle, I had the service director reach out to me and make a plan for additional roof repairs and reimbursement for my drywall repairs. Pierce in particular was very consistent with his outreach, follow up, and follow through throughout the remaining repairs, checking in more than once to make sure there were no moisture issues. I am now feeling confident enough to move forward with the drywall repairs, and will be sending the invoice to WC at their request. Though it's been a frustrating process at times, I've been very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to make this right.

I don’t write poor reviews, but I am extremely frustrated with my experience with White Castle.

Our roof was in bad shape and had additional storm damage, resulting in water stains on our ceiling, so we had a complete replacement from White Castle, who worked seamlessly with our insurance and installed our roof relatively quickly (so I bumped to 2 stars)

However, we still struggled with moisture in the same spots as before, so we called them back out to take a look, and they claimed the roof was in great shape, but recommended we blow out the soffits and add ventilation in the attic, which we did.
We thought the moisture issue was resolved, so we recently (in Feb. 2025) had our damaged drywall repaired, which cost us $600.

Only a few weeks later, we noticed MORE MOISTURE in those same spots, especially during the blizzard, which left water running down our wall.

I submitted an online request to have someone come take a look and heard nothing for a week. So I called and they got me on the schedule. In the meantime, I was looking more closely at these water spots and came up with a theory that there was damage or something at the corners of our chimney, because the spots lined up with that almost perfectly.

So the guy came out to take a look – and he was great. I told him about the chimney theory, he looked around for a couple of minutes, and showed me pictures where there are literal gaps in the roof around the corners of the chimney. He said that clearly something didn’t go right with the installation in that area, and this would be warranty work. Unfortunately he didn’t have anything he could use to repair it on the spot, or even fix it temporarily, but someone would be in touch with me.

Two weeks later, I have heard nothing. Yesterday I called and was told that they were working on my estimate, and I said that I was told this would be warranty work, and the person on the phone said something pretty vague along the lines of “oh, ok – I see”… with no explanation. She said the person would call me by the end of the day or first thing in the morning to get on the schedule – STILL nothing, and she offered me nothing by way of empathy or apology when I expressed how frustrated I am about not hearing anything for two weeks to address a problem that was caused by my roof installation.

Meanwhile, the drywall we just paid to replace a couple of months ago will likely need to be repaired AGAIN because of the water damage. And I’m further angry, that the person that came to look at the roof the first time was clearly not very thorough if there are literal gaps near the chimney and he didn’t notice that (the second guy showed me the pictures).

I found out my office building needed a new roof and I had no idea who to hire. Fortunately, a friend recommended that I contact White Castle Roofing. They had used this company in the past on several projects and were very happy with their work. I contacted White Castle and from the start to the finish of this project, all of my interactions with the various representatives were extremely professional. White Castle came out and within two days, had removed the roof from my two-story building and installed the new one. If you are looking for a roofing company that is professional and provides outstanding customer service, call White Castle Roofing! You will not be disappointed.

Tyler B is an asset to WCR. He helped us navigate the process from the beginning to the end. It is refreshing to know that there are still people out there looking out for one another. All the gals in the office were very responsive and easy to work with. The crew that did the work, were in and out in just over a day. They cleaned up great and the roof looks great!

I had a leak on my roof around the radon vent pipe. White Castle's tech, Jordon came out to take a look. As it turned out, it had nothing to do with the roof installation ... the problem was with the radon vent installation. Nevertheless, Jodon did extra caulking on the roof and climbed into my attic to tighten clamps on the radon pipe. He went beyond what I would have expected with service after the sale.

BEWARE! The people who come out to look at your roof & get you on their schedule are phenomenal. They will get you to believe everything they say about how great of a company they are. For us, that had been true until now. We received a new roof from them 3 years ago this summer. Unfortunately, the roofers did not replace our furnace cap, which needed to be, & due to this has caused our roof to leak. Starting January 20th, once we noticed the water stains on our ceiling, we had been trying to get ahold of White Castle. After a week, we got a service tech to come out & look at the roof & said “I can get you on the schedule for this week” for the furnace cap. Since January 27th, we haven’t been able to get ahold of ANYONE. We involved our insurance company who also cannot get ahold of White Castle. This is a warranty job on a home that continues to leak & cause damage to the inside of our home. I do not recommend White Castle at ALL. Our experience of getting the roof initially & working with them was wonderful, but once that roof is on, good luck if you happen to run into problems. We call weekly with no one getting back to us & our insurance company telling us they still can’t get
ahold of them either.

White Castle seriously made our household’s year! I can’t speak more highly of this company and specifically Tyler Bailey. Our home was affected by the July 2024 NE storms and our old elm tree fell through our living room. As new homeowners, we were at an utter loss and didn’t know how to even begin. Tyler came over just hours after the disaster and he crawled up into our tiny attic to diagnose. He was so knowledgeable of our options and immediately provided us an immediate action plan. The job was done quickly and I really felt like White Castle was doing their best to hustle despite SO much need across the region. He connected us with an outstanding arborist to take care of the tree and even helped us find a new insurance agent after this whole claim disaster was over. They aren’t afraid to go to bat for you when insurance gives you the run around. We have a beautiful new roof that will protect us for years to come! Vat from White Castle came out after we had a hail storm and helped us with dealing with our roof, gutter and downspout damage. From his first visit to completion of the roof replacement was seamless. Everyone on the crew was pleasant and professional. Exactly what I've come to expect from White Castle.

Last March I had Tyler Bailey come check my roof because I noticed water stains on my ceiling. He told me my roof needed to be replaced. My insurance agent thought we should wait. So we did. After the storm with 80+ mile an hour wind and heavy rain I had him come look again as there were more stains on the ceiling. My agent would not file a claim saying my roof did not be replaced. Tyler helped me by telling me what to do any file my own claim. The adjuster came and said absolutely the roof needed replacing. Tyler got things going and got my replaced He was professional and a pleasure to work with

I had White Castle Roofing put a new roof on my shed and part of my house roof. They came once and the quality was terrible. They admitted that the work was not OK. They agreed to redo it. They came out again and it quite possibly is even worse. There are nails/screw in the hip, dents in the fascia, patchwork everywhere. I am unable to upload photos for some reason, or I would! The pictures are unbelievable!

Although White Castle has not done roof work for me, my neighbors have and highly recommend them.
On two occasions, recently RYAN BURKS inspected my roof after wind/hail storms. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very courteous. If I have the need in the future, I would feel very comfortable calling Ryan immediately to access the situation.

When that horrible storm blew through here on July 31 the first company that was recommended was White Castle roofing. A large tree fell on my roof ripping off the satellite dish, several sections of gutter and siding. When I called White Castle, they came right out and gave me an estimate And when the work was completed, it looked like the storm never happened. It was a very smooth and efficient process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Kurt is truly amazing, quick, trustworthy, and honest! I am a Realtor and I have him come look at the roofs of every home I help tp buy and sell. He will go out for free and do a full report if the roof needs replaced or not! I have now had multiple homes he gave me an honest report that it did not need to be repaired and that speaks volumes to how trustworthy he is!

Where to even begin... Tyler came out to my moms house in March to take a look at her roof because there were water spots on the ceiling. At that time the agent told her to wait. After the crazy storm season we had Tyler came out again and said in fact she needed a new roof. He fought for my mom and went above and beyond for her. When the adjuster came out she confirmed the roof needed replaced.

I had Tyler come out and look at my roof as well and was there every step of the way. I am flabbergasted by the customer service we have received because you just dont find companies or team members who go above the call of duty for their customers anymore. I CANNOT recommend White Castle, the team, and Tyler enough. I hope I dont have to work with them again for a long time but they have made a customer for life and will recommend them to everyone!

I had White Castle Roofing to our home about 10 years ago. I was very satisfied then, so when it came time to do the garage I contacted them without even checking other places. They did a great job on the garage just as they did on my home.

My wife and I had our roof replaced by another company and, in the process, our solar panels needed to be removed and reinstalled. After the roof was replaced and the solar panels reinstalled we had a heavy rainstorm which resulted in water leaking through the ceiling in our kitchen. The solar company inspected our roof from the inside and outside but could not find a leak. My wife is a realtor and she recently worked with White Castle Roofing on a client's home which made her confident to recommend them. Dusty from White Castle came to our house, inspected the roof, and identified five penetrations in the roof. He couldn't tell if the roofing work or the solar panels because the size and location of the holes didn't fit with either but he provided a temporary repair, without cost to us. We haven't had a problem since then so we'll be calling White Castle to provide a more permanent solution. I highly recommend them for their integrity and workmanship!

We worked with Tyler on our roof repair. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process. He assured us that the workers would be cleaning up at the different stages. Both our neighbors and we were impressed. The roofers were efficient in installing the tiles. This was impressive also. The gutter was installed, again in a clean and efficient manner. In fact the supervisor of the roof installation informed us that there was a lot of lint in the dryer vent and suggested we have it cleaned for safety purposes. I had the pleasure of working with Jordon Nielsen from the Omaha office of White Castle Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Came out same day when I called for them to give an estimate. Temp fixed the wind damage to my roof. Communication was great, and once all was ready to move forward to do the project they did it very quickly, and looks great. Thier cleanup after the roofing jobs was fantastic! From the very start when we met Kristina and Tyler we immediately felt at ease during what was a very stressful situation of learning we needed a new roof immediately! They were very prompt about getting out to our place and looking at the roof, getting me an estimate that was sufficient for my insurance company. Once my ins company gave me permission to move forward, White Castle had a crew out within 10 days. They did very good work on replacing the roof and a terrific job cleaning up afterwards. Dusty and Kurt at White Castle are amazing and we will be using them for a variety of our roofing needs in the future. They are thorough and even went through the trouble of running a water test on our roof to help us determine where a leak (due to the poor work of a different roofer) was coming from. Eleven years ago, we had our roof replaced, and we chose White Castle. This last year, with the hail storm in September 2023, we learned there was damage on our roof and gutters. We again reached out to White Castle. Craig Densberger contacted us, and we went over the roof and gutters. The following week, the crew started right at 7:30 AM and completed the roof later in the afternoon. The gutters were installed at a later date. I can no longer climb on ladders and clean out the gutters. It was important to me that we would have the type of gutter guards to keep the maple tree that has helicopters out. Craig understood and worked with us every step of the way. He even called us while he was in Colorado for a conference. We really like our roof, and knowing the gutters will no longer be a hassle is reassurance for us/me. We were very pleased with Craig's service and guidance. We recommend White Castle. They will do what is right for you.

I had a very awesome experience working with white castle roofing, had to have my roof replaced in 2 months due to changing insurance, in the middle of winter. Tyler from white castle was able to get it done for me the week it warmed up at the end of January and the price was reasonable. Tyler took care of everything for me and communicated well with me through text or email and over the phone. I wish every business or contractor was as easy to work with as they were.

Great experience with White Castle for a second time. My Agent Jennica made the whole process completely stress free! My roof and skylight were installed in 1 day and they worked with my HVAC guys so they could install new vents. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend White Castle Roofing.

We had White Castle come out to our house to assess some hail damage. Craig did a great job helping us understand the process with insurance and what kind of damage we were facing. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us when we had questions and even did some repairs to our chimney siding personally when we were on a bit of a timeline with our exterior paint contractor. The new insurance company declined coverage for our roof due to age and wear. We had to scramble to get estimates and work done asap. We worked with Craig Densberger at White Castle. He provided a timely inspection and estimate and was able to get the work scheduled to be done the next week. The install and the clean up was done well and all in one day. Care was taken to protect our property and landscaping. There was a very minor mishap to our garage door, which Craig eagerly helped us take care of.
We are very happy with Craig and White Castle. Hope we don't need them again anytime soon, but we will use them again when needed.

White Castle did an excellent job on my roof in 2019. I called them after the recent Hailstorm, they were out in a day and inspected my roof (luckily no damage). Chad was great to communicate with!

I had an older Solatube in my main bathroom that was leaking and causing water damage on the ceiling. When I contacted White Castle, Jennica listened to my issue and promptly came out to assess the situation. However, she later contacted me that same day to say that unfortunately their company did not repair or install Solatube but immediately gave me a contact number of another contractor who could take care of my situation. That new individual called me within an hour and my new Solatube was installed this morning, just three days after my initial contact. I am so grateful that White Castle (Jennica) was so proactive and took my circumstances seriously that ultimately led to a happy solution!

Our service person was nice, but failed to call us prior to arriving at our house so we were out at another appointment. The website claims that you receive a free quote on a roof repair which is what we were expecting, but the repair person went ahead and did the repair and charged us for the visit without approval, even without inspecting the issue inside. It would be appreciated to be more upfront about the cost upon scheduling a repair. The website is misleading and should be corrected to reflect this.

Edit: White Castle reached out to us to rectify the situation. They were courteous and expedient in their communication and we appreciate their customer service.
