Part of our contracted included obtaining and paying for permitting. This company clearly tried to close our file/account with never attempting to do anything with the permitting process. We are nearly two years out and still have not received anything and continue to get the run around. Zach has been completely unhelpful through this entire process. I’d suggest any customer past, present and future check on their permitting process because they clearly are trying to avoid permitting their projects.

This entire process with this company has been a nightmare from start to finish. Next step is seeking legal recourse.

We just had our house painted and had new cedar posts and beams added to our porch. We couldn't be happier with the result! Zach really helped us decide on what would work best with our home and Fareed was there to make sure everything was done exactly to our liking! Fareed and his crew even went the extra mile to install new light fixtures we had purchased and suggested extra details that they knew would make our home look fantastic. Fareed has also let us know that if we EVER find anything that needs to be touched up or fixed that he is only a phone call away....that is pretty rare to find in a contractor these days. Highly recommend!

We did extensive shopping around to find the right company to do this complete exterior job. We finally landed on Eco Home Exterior. They did a lot for us for a very reasonable price. Zach was not a typical pushy salesman/project manager, which i appreciated. He listened and gave his opinions and never did we fell pressured. Once we signed on for the job with him, he went the extra mile all the way through the project. I can tell he cares and takes pride in every job he does. The crew from installers to painters, did an excellent job. They were very professional and respectful while on the job. We are very happy with the results and it now looks like we have a brand new house. It turned out better than we imagined. Thanks Eco!

We just had our vinyl siding replaced by Eco Home Exterior and worked with Zach Pless. Zach is the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable about siding and offers great advice. The previous owners painted the vinyl with is the worst thing you can do as you can see from the pictures!

His recommendation of using a shake
style replacement added a much needed pickup to our 1960's home. We love the new look and would definitely recommend Zach and plan on calling him for a deck/patio replacement!
