Long review ahead. Summary: I will continue using Jeff and Whole Home as long as I have a house.

Our roof had a leak where two of the sections met, at the crease. We were referred to Clear Light Whole Home Solution, and I am SUPER grateful we were. Jeff and his team were very responsive (less than 1 day to return my initial call, and after that there wasn't a single call he or his team missed from me!), and came out to evaluate the problem very quickly.

His recommendation was thorough, included multiple options for completion, and also included the full explanation about what was wrong and WHY it was wrong. His pricing was fair and his team came out exactly when the appointment was and worked very hard. They finished early, and they did a very thorough job of cleaning up after the fact.

10/10 would recommend every time

Clear Light Whole Home Solutions had put on a new roof on a house I bought. There was some moisture around the chimney in the attic some months later. Although they didn't think it was anything to do with the roof, they came back out anyway, checked the flashing, and sure enough, it was dry (while drizzling outside). They did a little re-caulking anyway. Can't ask for better customer service than that!

Jeff and Richard were great to work with. A quality job at a fair price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jeff was amazing to work with! 5 stars!! He came out an assessed the situation (which for me, was brand new sliding glass doors), helped to source several options and price points, sent a trustworthy and respectful installer out, and then came over to inspect the work - all while communicating frequently on the project status. I couldn't be more grateful for the two sets of sliding glass doors he installed - and it all came in under budget by 20%! Great work and thanks so much!

Quick update to my review: Jeff came out to help me when there was a problem with the sliding glass doors - driving about an hour to ensure the job was done well!! I couldn't be more grateful for his help!!! Couldn't be more satisfied!

These guys are Rock Stars! I called on a Saturday about a possible roof leak and due to rainy/wet conditions Jeff said he would get out as soon as he could, but would need to wait for weather let up for safety reasons. He texted later that evening that he could come by on Sunday and take a look. Not only did he show up as planned, he went so far to let me know he didn't think my roof was my issue! Fair and honest feedback, just not something you see nowadays. He suggested that my chimney chase may be causing my leak and need replacement, due to it being original and rusted pretty significantly. He referred me to someone that came out the following day, ordered my new chase, and installed it a few days later. We had a rainy weekend and we haven't seen any more evidence of leaking. This is a company to be respected and they will treat you right! Thanks!

Clearlight Whole Home Solutions was by far the most professional and honest roofing contractor I have worked with. Expectations were set up front and met or exceeded through the job process. Their quality of work and efficiency cannot be compared to any of the “big shop” roofers, Clearlight has no hoops to jump through and gives realistic outcomes to the homeowner so they can make an educated decision on purchasing.

We are so happy we chose Clear Light to replace our roof. They were professional and very helpful the entire process. They offered a fair price along with top quality service. I called these guys out to repair my roof because I live on a high ridge which gets a tremendous amount of wind and I had missing shingles. Gordon and Jeff came out and got up on the roof and took pictures and showed me what was going on with my roof and offered to take care of all of it on the spot and to repair a few of the pipe boots that had rotted out and were leaking and replace the shingles. The price was very fair considering the amount of work... Well, fast forward a few weeks and we get another huge storm with hail and high winds. So, I called them again, we had so much damage that was obvious we needed a new roof. This time Gordon put together a whole folder of photos for us to give to the insurance adjuster and offered to meet with him when he came out. When the insurance adjuster came out to meet with Gordon he was so impressed with his knoweledge and that he had done prior repairs that it was no problem for the insurance company to replace the roof. They finished the entire house in one day! And my roof is steep and pretty big.. They gave me an upgrade to architectural shingles and re flashed my chimney. These guys are really honest and straight forward. I had had a few issues with some other roofers, but these guys went the extra mile. Give them a chance you wil be happy you did!!

My home was built with defective shingles called Atlas Chalet shingles, which was something that had to be replaced. Clear Light came out quickly, returned quote same day and were on the job within a week after payment. Everything was communicated before hand, and along the process. We ended up getting a few code upgrades for our roof as well. I would absolutely use them again for any needs. Their pricing was competitive for their level of expertise.
