Clear Choice Restoration roofed our house. They provided a good scope of work and bid. Work was scheduled quickly and it was less than 2 weeks from bid acceptance to roof completion. No cost overruns. Steve Olson who oversees the company, was on-site each day. The work started early and finished early. It was a great schedule! We had 10 roofers working full time and this roof was done in 2 days. Absolutely incredible.

I had roof damage on my house from the neighbor's tree this Fall and I called Steve at Clear Choice Restoration and he handled everything. He inspected the home, submitted the damage report and worked with the insurance adjuster through the whole process. It was a very quick and easy process and the roof looks great.

Clear choice replaced the roof on our house, as part of an insurance claim, and they were very speedy and amazing to work with. John came out to help us pick out the roofing material and did a fantastic job walking us through the whole process. He was also extremely responsive to any questions we had via text or email. Nicky was super helpful with informing us of next steps and billing. Overall, this was-by far- the best interaction I've had with a restoration/remodeling company. Early 2023 I was inspecting my roof after having several storm chasers knocking my neighbors' doors and mine. I saw what seemed like hail damage. Unsure what to do next I looked for a local company with great reviews who can provide an unbiased inspection. Clear Choice is local and gave them a call. The rest is history!

Clear choice came over, inspected my roof free of charge. We discussed options, what to expect, timing, risk, claim process (this is my 1st claim ever), and answer all my tecnical questions. Few weeks later my roof is done. No sales pitch, these guys are pro's. The whole process was layed out to me and clearly communicated. There were no unpleasant surprises in timing and type of work. I was impressed with the quality control that occur during the work and after. Gutter guy came a week after the roof. Another guy with a huge magnet comb my lawn to ensure no nails were left. There was no debris left. At most I spent x3 calls, and x3 emails. Efficiency was great.

I compared notes with some of my neighbors also hit by hail storm. One had some debris left for 2 days. It was cleaned but annoying to have material there around young kids. Another neighbor had his gutters completed 2 months later. Both felt their roofing company overpromissed. Thanks Clear Choice for meeting and exceeding my expectations. Couldn’t be happier with the help from Clear Choice Restoration. They were able to quickly identify the source of our problem. We were part of a massive hail storm back in spring 2022 that caused a ton of damage all over. Neighbors reccomended Clear Choice to us, and I'm SO glad they did. Due to supply shortages and a green roof, it took a bit for the install to get done. That said- Steve and his team were fabulous. Excellent communicators, and always ensured that I knew what was going on, and when. They handled the liason work with the garage door company and the gutter company, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The few minor issues we had after the jobs were done were handled immeadiately. Highly endorse this company.

They replaced the shingles on our house, garage and shed. They were onsite at 6:30 and done by early afternoon - very professional and responsive and the roof looks amazing. I would absolutely use them again and definitely recommend.

Clear Choice did an AMAZING job for out entire exterior remodel! We had storm damage, and were referred to CCR through insurance. We ended up doing an entire exterior update - and could not be happier with CCR!

Update.....time to write another 5 star review for Clear Choice Restoration! First time was for our new siding, this time for our new windows. The installers and stainers were professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up. They did an excellent job! And Steve Olson is hands down THE BEST! All the back and forth he did with our insurance company...I don't know how he has the patience. Our 30 year old windows were damaged by hail and the insurance adjuster approved new sashes, but sashes for our old windows were no longer being produced. Steve provided the insurance company with a letter from the window manufacturer that they could not be repaired which meant new windows. He was asked to produce the same documentation including estimates multiple times over several months before new windows were finally approved. Steve did all the heavy lifting and I only was involved when absolutely necessary. And Brent and Tom did the measurements so custom windows could be made to replace our old windows which meant we were able to reuse all our window blinds which saved us out of pocket expense. Our new windows are awesome! We would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his crew! We had friends use Clear Choice for their new roof and they are fans also. So siding, windows, or roofing...you should use Clear Choice Restoration!

From the moment we contacted Steve and through the entire process we couldn't be be more impressed. Clear Choice came recommended from someone we respect and trust., We were bombarded by multiple companies immediately after our house was damaged by a terrible hailstorm. Steve returned our phone call within an hour and was out to see us the same day as the storm. Steve made the whole process with our insurance provider simple, meeting personally with the adjustor and working directly with him to have an accurate assessment of the required repairs.
Nicky was very helpful during the initial stages in scheduling Steve's time and provided prompt responses to general questions we had.
Once the project started, Brent was always extremely quick to return text messages and provide updates as to status of when materials would arrive and when crews would be on site to perform the work, and following up.
Henry and his crew were very hard working and meticulous in their work and genuinely just very nice and courteous people....very professional in their commitment to their craft.
The whole process from beginning to end in regard to the insurance claim and paperwork was easy as Clear Choice took the lead. The only other thing we can add is if on a scale of 1 - 10 we would give Clear Choice an 11! We would not hesitate to recommend Clear Choice or to use them again on future projects.

Similar to our neighbors’ homes, our home suffered extensive damage (nearly $200,000) in a storm late last year (roof, gutters, several large picture windows, sliding patio door, siding, deck). Tens of restoration companies knocked on our door seeking business. We were then recommended Clear Choice Restoration. Steve, the owner, stopped by our home and thoroughly reviewed the scope of work and projected repair process and timeline in a non-pressuring way, which was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other contractors begging for business. Throughout the restoration process, all my questions were answered and concerns addressed, and response time by Steve or manager Brent was always within 24 hours, usually within an hour. All the work was done to perfection; each subcontractor was extremely competent, respected our living space and was the least disruptive as possible (which was important with 3 small children in the home). I cannot recommend Clear Choice enough and will definitely go with them again should I need any future storm repairs. And so glad I was patient in finding the best restoration company because I know the quality of work would have been much lower had we gone with someone else.

We chose Clear Choice to replace our aging and damaged roof, and we are 100% happy with the results. Brent was very responsive to all of our questions and we were able to get a clear plan ahead of time so we knew what would be happening. When the day came for the project to begin, the crew was on time and got everything done in under two days as promised. The follow up customer care after the job was finished was great as well. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Clear Choice Restoration did for us. Our project is a 30 x 30 garage with a loft above with a 10 pitch roof. They arrived about 8:00 AM and were done with the roof by 1:30 PM. The crew arrived and started on the project after assessing it. The work site was just as clean, if not cleaner when the job was completed. The crew of five (5) were really nice and extremely professional. I want to thank Steve Olson and Clear Choice Restoration for the quick and professional work they did! I would highly recommend their services!!

We are very pleased with the work that clear choice did for us. They arrived about 6:30 and were done with the garage, 30 ft by 40 ft with a 6/12 pitch by 1100. The started the roof of our house at 6:30 and were done by 4:3o then went to the neighbors house and worked till nearly 9:00. Crews were really nice. I was asked to pick out someone that stood out from the rest. I could not because they were all great.

Steve, Joe, and entire crew of Clear Choice did a wonderful job. The job included coordinating with the Insulation company on the same day. Clear Choice removed over 30 sheets of roof sheathing to allow the insulation crew to spray foam insulation into our vaulted ceiling. Steve was on site that day with the manager of the insulation company, to lay out a game plan on how best insulate and foam our roof. His crew was on site at 6:30am and with the delay in their roofing routine because of the foam in insulation, they didn't finish until after 9pm. Never heard any of his workers complain. This was not a straight forward job and Steve was prompt on getting back to us on all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Clear Choice Restoration.

Clear Choice did an amazing job with our project. From start to finish they kept us updated on what was happening. I was very impressed with how fast they were able to finish the roof and gutters.

My insurance company sent me a letter tellling me my home and garage roof needed replacement or my insurance would be canceled. I found Steve Olson online and he came out and did an inspection, made a few minor repairs and then prepared a letter response to my insurer, telling them that my roof had a life expectancy of 7-9 years. My insurance company withdrew their demands, saving me $20K for a roof replacement. Clear choice did replace my garage roof. The crew did a great job, repairing the roof rot, installing new shingles and cleaning up after themselves.

The color we picked for our house is a tiny bit darker than I was going for originally, but they were RIGHT! I’m so glad I asked. And our go-to guy, John, was tremendously helpful, knowledgable, kind, and honest all the way. He was definitely our advocate all the way. This company is humble, hardworking, professional, genuine, and all around awesome! Kudos to the owner who has assembled such a great team and who obviously treats them with respect.
