Clear Choice Restoration - West Newton, IN

Clear Choice Restoration has replaced my roof TWICE in the last 2 1/2 years, both times due to hail damage. Their field agent, Jimmy, is knowledgeable and guided the insurance adjuster through the inspection both times. Once the insurance claim was approved Clear Choice performed the roof replacement in a timely and professional manner, including cleanup. I highly recommend their services.

Jimmy was great as first impression with the company. He took care of all the insurance for the claim.The workers were so good at installation, cleaning up their mess and I am so impressed that I did not find nails in the yard. Great company!

From the 1st phone call when we noticed the damage from the hail storm to all the communication between, Taylor has been AWESOME and made the whole process so smooth for us! We had more damage than we thought so we were approved for our roof, siding and gutters to get replaced! They made the choice so easy and each team was very efficient! If you didn’t know , black gutters exist (went on after pictures were taken) and they made me so happy that they were a choice with Clear Choice! Overall the best experience I could imagine!

After the recent storm I had some damage, so many people wanted my business but Harold Barrera and Ryan Jett were not pushy and extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process. I called Ryan Jett on a Friday morning. He was here within two hours to give us an estimate on damage we had from a storm and on the following Monday. Lonnie Hood came out and did the work. When my town got hit by 3-inch hail, I was amazed by just how many contractors swooped in. It was not hard to figure out that some of them were less than reputable, and I was very cautious. When I met Ryan Jett, he was not only informative, but he was not pushy. Without even having my business, he walked me through the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He told me no matter what company I picked, what to expect in the end. The guess work was gone, and so was my stress. I hired them on the spot. I was not disappointed. This was not simply one company working on one house, this was an entire community reeling from a nasty storm, and while there are still houses being worked on, mine is done, and it looks better than it did when I bought it in 2012. My new gutters work better than the old ones ever did! I can't say enough good things. Of course, along the way, something always has to go wrong. In this case, it didn't matter because every concern I had was handled with care and professionalism. I am still blown away by the fact that every single detail of what Ryan told me while standing on my badly damaged roof was 100% truthful and accurate. Thank you, Clear Choice!

A mobile home I own received damage from a storm, damaged roof, windows, back siding, & skirting around home.
I was given CCR’s number, I called & Justin Wilkerson is the company employee I worked with to help get the work completed. Not only is this young man very knowledgeable about getting the repairs completed, dealing with insurance company, and most importantly, has a great personality & prides himself on excellent customer service!

We used this company to do our soffits and it was a disaster from start to finish. They were supposed to tear out the old soffits and install new. First time, the crew started installing over the old soffits. They took that down and started tearing out the old soffits but didn’t tarp like they said they would. Consequently, we had debris EVERYWHERE. There are also sections where they still just put soffits over the old wood soffits. Almost a year later, we just had our gutters cleaned and the majority of stuff clogging our gutters was debris from the old soffits. So instead of cleaning up properly, they just left debris in the gutters and we had to pay someone else to clean these. We’ve already spent a significant amount of time cleaning our yard of debris they were supposed to take care of. I would not recommend them for any work given the lack of quality we experienced.

I never had my roof checked in a long time and I found out that my gutters were in bad shape. I got them replaced very fast and it was a easy process to deal with the insurance to get the gutters paid for! The work the company did turned out great and I am very pleased with the service as well! I recommend you get your roof inspected and this company is great!

We used Clear Choice to repair hail storm damage. Mitch Hood was our project manager and he was outstanding. He battled with our insurance adjuster to get us what we deserved, and they completed work on time and on budget. Mitch was very responsive to our calls and requests.

We had a hail storm in 2017. We chose this company to side our house and reroof. They put the wrong siding on and refused to take responsibility. They roofed our house and claimed they replaced our custom fireplace cap. My husband checked it before we paid, they had not and had billed us for it. They took that off the bill. We have a 5 year warranty and they have been back to "fix" the siding falling off for the 4th time. The latest fix, our siding is still rippled. Do NOT do business with this company.

We worked with Mitch. He was very helpful in our battle with our insurance company. He was always available and went above and beyond. Everyone at Clear Choice did a great job. Workmanship excellent. Attention to detail excellent. All done in a timely manner. We are very happy and will use them again if the need arises.

I have nothing but good things to say about Clear Choice. They walked me through the entire process and kept their word when it came time to putting my roof on. There was some issues with my insurance company but Jimmy Murphy kept working with them until the insurance agreed to do the right thing. If you are looking for a professional roofing company I couldn’t give them a higher review. Awesome experience.
