My house was built back in 1947 back when houses was built not fabricated and then shipped on a truck it was built from the ground up. Damn place didn’t finish the job. Wanted me to pay before it was all finished. They then called and texted me non stop. From there they went to putting a lien on house. Still even after paying am still missing a screen. They refuse to send it to me still. Do not use this company. Only pleasantry was the installer. Oh and now after posting this review I’m getting calls and a nasty text.

******UPDATE******
Almost a month later now and I still have a window missing a screen. Screen was never once put in as it came damaged. Little shy of 3 years now. Just pathetic all around.

After posting the above today I get yet another text saying they want $500 before I get the screen that was busted and was never installed.

Our fairly new window developed a crack. Clear Choice came very soon, measured the glass, and ordered a new one. No labor cost is involved. Great service and very friendly.

There was a mix-up in the measuring of the windows at the beginning of June I'm still waiting for windows in March they told me they would have be out to correct all problems and in a time to install the remaining sick window six windows I'm just curious would like to know how soon but that's in the future will do a further updates and keep track

We went with Clear Choice for so many reasons; until we had to cancel the order but we could get our back door installed by November 2023. Didn't hear a peep until Feb 2024 with a threat they would put a lien on our house, if we didn't call them back. Apparently they called us 3 times with no response from us, however, it was once. I don't do well with threats.
They told me everything was custom ordered. It's a brown backdoor - standard size. NOTHING custom about it. Absolutely horrible; didn't cancel our order as we asked although we were in our timeframe to have it cancelled and WILL make sure that anyone I know doesn't use them for windows and doors as it is shady business and they really don't take care of their customers AT ALL...

We are very happy with our new windows. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows. Nice people to deal with and good prices.

Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was always polite, but he knew his stuff about windows and siding. The windows are working out wonderful. It’s great to be able to see through them clearly, instead of the cloudy pane I had before.

Recently had all windows replaced. JD educated us from the start & we got everything we needed from our window install. We instantly could see and feel the difference!

Jeremy was great! He was very responsive. Everything I called he picked up or called me back within 10 min. The install went great. I got new windows siding and gutters. I couldn't find a problem with them and I LOOKED. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Once the windows were in the shop, they were installed quickly. Windows are high quality and don't leak air. We've used them twice now for window replacement as we upgrade our house and will continue to for the rest of our windows.

I chose this company because I had family and friends that had used them. The most recent being five years ago before COVID. This company has changed. My wrapping was installed dented. I'm missing caulking around my windows which they're saying isn't needed but their old installations had caulk. I had a siding professional come out and verify my windows aren't caulked correctly and that means water will get into the walls and destroy my house. I've had zero response. They keep putting me off. They took half the screens because they were installed in a damaged state and have yet to return them. Meanwhile I still have to make payments on these windows. I should have gone with Ultimate Exteriors. I'm incredibly unhappy and this is such an expensive purchase it's not like you can redo them.

We signed a contract with Clear Choice to install new windows, roof, siding and entry doors. Jeremy was our sales rep and he was great to work with! Everything was done on time and the installers were excellent. Clear Choice did a wonderful job on our house and I would highly recommend them!

We are extremely pleased with this company! We had 6 windows installed on our second floor of our home! The ordering process was very easy and detailed, JD did an excellent job of informing/explaining to us all options! The install process was incredible. They were here for about half a day. Extremely friendly and excellent quality!!! It has been a couple months since we had these windows installed and we are very happy with our purchase! We are so thankful as some of these windows are in our children's bedrooms and It's so reassuring to know that it's safe and efficient.

The siding order took about 3 months, but then it was installed in 2 days. It really made this old home look new again.

Clear Choice Exteriors was one out of three different options we had chosen for window estimates. We had one window with a broken lock and we wanted to switch out to double hung windows. We decided to replace all windows and our sliding glass door. Their products and presentation sold us immediately. The presentation and quality was far superior than anything else we viewed. They offered a few different financing options to accommodate our budget.
We had clear communication the whole time. It took a while to get our windows in and then we were at the mercy of Mother Nature for the install.
Their choice of Wel-Done Construction for the install was simply perfect. Customer service was great from Randy and Clear Choice.

My 103 year old house desperately needed attention. Clear Choice replaced my original windows while at the same time honoring the interior beautiful oak woodwork. They also covered the hideous exterior asbestos siding with insulation and attractive siding. The transformation in energy efficiency, sound reduction, and curb appeal is remarkable. These folks worked with my church in replacing 2 exterior doors.
