John and his company were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. John did such a wonderful job that I gave him a tip because I felt he went above and beyond my windows are sparkling clean. He took out each window and cleaned it and cleaned the windowsills in addition to the outside trim. I will definitely use him again, and I highly recommend him.

Jon cleaned our Dryer Vent today. It was long overdue! Our dryer vents through the attic and out the roof. In addition to cleaning the vent at ground level, he also cleaned from roof. Jon is thorough and meticulous and very price competitive.
In addition, Jon offers window cleaning service, gutter cleaning and power washing of homes, decks and concrete. We will use Jon again for our service needs. We recommend you give Jon a call.

He even accommodated cleaning gutters which I had forgotten to ask to be done. It made total sense to do that first before he power washed home & cleaned windows! Speaking of windows, Jon cleaned screens, windows AND sills!!! I absolutely hate cleaning sills. Past company I’ve used that specializes in window cleaning never did sills. Jon spent 8+ hours at my home to get all done in 1 day! I really admire his work ethic. I hired Cleanscape based on other neighbors’ good reviews. I agree with them. Nice guy who does great job!

We had our gutters and dryer vent cleaned as well as power washing done on our siding and windows. Jon arrived on time and properly estimated the time it would take to complete the job. Our house cleaned up nicely! He truly cares about his workmanship.

I could not recommend this service enough. We just moved into a new house and noticed that there were dirt blotches all around the lower part of our siding. After a couple weeks of investigation, I found out that we have a feral cat in the neighborhood that goes #2 on vertical surfaces (bench supports, play ground slide stairs, mail box posts, etc.)... including my house. I was kind of embarrassed about the whole thing and did not want to bring it up. Jon power washed away any remnants of any feline claim on my property. Upon close inspection, you cannot even tell that a calico cat (I have seen him/her) had it's rear end anywhere close to my house. On top of that, Jon probably sensed my embarrassment and glossed over that obvious detail when we did our walk through after he was done. He paid special attention to every detail and pointed out things about my house that I was not aware of and suggestions to fix or preventative maintenance. The house is so clean, we no longer think it needs new paint, and I am also pretty sure a variety of organic substances will no longer stick to the siding. I could not be more happy.
