Clean Build

I recently worked with Kyle at Clean Build Restoration . He responded quickly to my request, answered all my questions, and followed up immediately when I needed further documentation for my insurance company. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, Clean Build Restoration will be my first call and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Contacted them on water leak issue, came out the very next day to start the restoration process. Kept me informed on everything they would be doing and how long it would take. Excellent service and highly recommend!

We had a couple small leaks in our roof that caused some interior water damage. Jon, Reed and Nolan were pleasure to work with on the front end and actually get the job done. John was expeditious in getting us a quote and Reed and Nolan are good at the their craft of painting and drywall. Their prep. work in taping and putting up barriers was exemplary. We'll need a little followup/touch up because they missed one large spot and the lights that they replaced don't match the other ones in our kitchen.

David and I are thrilled with Clean Build. They did a fantastic job repairing our entryway, laundry room and bathroom after our upstairs neighbors water heater broke. We had a huge mess on our hands. John Wolfe was great to work with. We have given 3 of our friends his business card. I happily give Clean Build 5 stars. Eduardo was a major man on the team and he is a great guy!!!

Kyle and Kameron are fantastic. Respectful and knowledgeable. They took my concerns seriously and explained things to help alleviate the stress. Highly recommended!!!

They did a great job explaining the process and the steps that needed to be taken. Even had a plumber come out and put in a temporary sink before a contractor was involved.

They were super helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to try to make everything as easy as possible for us.

We really enjoyed our time working with Clean Build. We found them through insurance after we had flooding in our home. They were friendly, efficient and you could tell they cared about their work. Brett and his team did a great job. John was a great for getting our job rolling and navigating any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely work with Clean Build again.

JOHN's team was amazing. The guys were so sweet amd friendly. They did really great work and asked our preference for everything. The craftsman was really great quality and I can tell they are ALL really committed to the home owner. John was great dealing with USAA and I'm just grateful he did so much advocacy for us. Thanks Yall!

We had a water line leak from an improperly installed refrigerator. Kyle and Cam were so amazing with the damage and mold mitigation. They were professional, communicated really great, were super friendly, and handled business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clean Build Restoration! Thanks so much guys!

If I could give a 10 star I would. KAMERON & KYLE was very knowledgeable and willing to listen to all our concerns with the water damage. A great big thank you to these guys.

Really good experience working the John and team getting through the pieces to our complicated case. End product met our expectations, the service exceeded them..

Clean Build did a great job in getting out fast to help with a clean up. Cameron and Jim were so nice to work with. And on the build side, the finish product looked great. Reed, Emo and Brett did a great job often going above and beyond. Also, as a stay at home mom with two littles, I felt totally comfortable having them in my house for weeks on end.

We recently had the pleasure of working with John and Clean Build Restoration on the bathroom remodel and could not be happier with the results. As a first-time homeowner every home project feels overwhelming, but John was always patient, communicated clearly, and advocated for us throughout the renovation. He and his team were respectful of our home and ourselves. All the people brought onto the project were friendly, tidy, incredibly skilled and the type of people who we were comfortable to have in our home. John made sure that each element of the project was not just complete but done to a standard that he would accept in his own home. Our bathroom turned out better than we imagined. We hope to work with John and Clean Build Restoration again on future projects and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Our experience was excellent except when it came to selecting the tile for our bathroom. We went to Menards, and I copied every product number I could find. John initially said we did not give him what he needed to order the tile, and further stated that he thought he had made it clear what we had to do. We responded that we gave him everything we could, and that while he did this everyday, it was unusual for us. John then said he could identify the tile. The workers that came out were wonderful, and the result was excellent.

Clean Build was great to work with during a difficult time. They were patient and explained each step along the way. Even when there were delays in the insurance, they kept me informed and pushed to get the claim through. Once work began, they were on time and courteous of our time and surroundings. They worked quickly and checked in with us along the way to ensure we were happy with the end result. I would never recommend someone have a flooded basement, but if you do, using Clean Build to get back to normal is highly recommended.

I recently had an unfortunate experience of having to deal with a pipe burst... which quickly escalated into a mold issue.

From the moment I contacted them, their team was responsive and empathetic to my situation. They understood the urgency of the matter and promptly came over to assess the damage.

The crew that came in to do the water damage cleanup and mold removal were efficient and thorough. They ensure that all the water was extracted and the area was completely dried. The attention to detail in their mold removal process was impressive, and they made sure to spray/scrub every nook and cranny as well as air test afterwards to ensure that my home was safe and mold-free.

What stood out to me the most was the excellent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They took the stress out of the health safety situation.

Overall, my experience with Clean Build Restoration was outstanding. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much more manageable. I highly recommend their services to anyone facing water damage or mold issues in their home.

They are hardworking, reliable, efficient & a pleasure to work with! Anytime we provide a dumpster for one of their jobs, they always demonstrate careful consideration of where the homeowner would like it placed. They are excellent at communication & have our dumpsters filled very fast. We would recommend them to anyone we know who would be in need of their services!

So pipes burst, lower floor flooded. After having two ther companies come and look at our situat.ion and give us quotes, we had Clean Build Come in and finally got an honest quote on the work that needed to be done, a difference of thousands of dollars. The work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Clean Build Restoration and if I ever need (hopefully not) a water restoration company I will be calling CBR. Thanks guys!

Kink in my PEX pipe which caused my basement to flood and ruined basically everything. Yet, Kyle and Kameron from Clean Build totally fixed it. Literally made the whole process easy. Everything got fixed faster than I hoped.

Service was straightforward, no hidden stuff. Unbelievably, they kept me in the loop all the time. Costs were fair, and they stuck to their quote. Kept everything clean and were super professional. So yeah, hopefully I never need them again, but I know where to find them if I do.

John was my contractor for restoring my home after some intense water damage. He was on top of things, quick to respond, and over communicated to make sure things were taken care of. If anything happened he was there asap to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and will be the first ones I go to if there is ever a need in the future!

They started out strong but problems started when they were given the job to GC repairs. I felt they tried to increase the job scope to increase the cost. They were relieved of the deal, I took over and got my own contractors. End result; Total cost of repairs is half of the Clean Build estimate, and I know exactly when the work was to be done.

The team at Clean Build was amazing. Most importantly everyone I dealt with were good people. Easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up quickly when my sump pump failed to start the demo and drying process. The rebuild team led by John Wolf was very flexible and helped me work with a difficult insurance situation to get to the right outcome. Work was done well and quickly. Don't hesitate to call them!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any home service. They come out for a bid, promise to get me the estimate in a few days. Two weeks later I get the estimate but he tells me he doesn't want the job. He was all mad because I kept following up asking for the estimate. He promised me multiple times the bid would be too me "later today" or "when I get home after dinner". Completely unprofessional. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Kyle and Kameron were there quickly after my insurance company notified them. They were calming, explained everything, and made sure I had all my questions answered before they left. They were here 3 times and each time I felt like they cared about my situation.

The work was professional and catered to our preferences. Very happy with the completed work. I would recommend this team for any restoration project.

Reasonably priced, pleasant crew, timely job completion. The mess caused by areas incorrectly blocked off, carelessness during the job, dust tracked in and out of the house, and a poor final cleanup after job completion rates a 2. The owner credited a few hours for us to clean up but in reality we were left with 10 hours vacuuming dust, cleaning walls, floors, windows, outlets, shelves, incorrectly covered furniture.

I really enjoyed working with John and his team!! They did a fantastic job putting my house back together after water damage. I would highly recommend them!! I will be contacting John with any other projects that I need done.

I recently had the positive experience of working with John and his restoration team. He provided up front cost estimates and time lines and remained true to his word. His team professionally carried through on all the repairs agreed upon. Helpful suggestions, as the project moved along, were appreciated.
