We have used Claude Brown's Restoration three separate times- a leak/water damage from a faulty installation (by Wilson Bates) of a refrigerator in our home in 2021, a basement leak/flood in our home from a faulty downspout (ended up replacing ruined carpet with LVP), and the most recent- a leak/flood into our office basement. Kevin was there within minutes of my call, he always takes care of everything and makes sure it looks exactly like it did before. We can't tell there was ever muddy water in that basement. Part of the wall had to be removed, insulation replaced, area rugs cleaned, etc. and they had it done in record time and flawlessly. With our first leak at our house (fridge leak), our hardwood floors were damaged beyond repair, and most of our main level had to be ripped out and replaced. Kevin gave us replacement options and was able to do the repairs in stages to keep us (and elderly dad) comfortable during the progress. We loved the new flooring and, again, you wouldn't know there had been a leak. Saying Kevin is a nice guy and has a great crew barely skims the surface.... he goes over and above and takes pride in his work. The finished product speaks for itself. There is no other company we would trust for flood remediation over Kevin Julianto with Claude Brown's Restoration.

Had some water damage in our kitchen that we caught early on and these guys came out and did such a thorough job of drying it out and getting our flooring replaced. They even took great care of our appliances and cabinets (as they were all brand new). They were awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!!
