Classic Metal put a new metal roof on our home in August 2007. They did a wonderful job! Everything was done as discussed, on time and professionally. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! We’ve had zero issues with the roof since installed but love the fact that if we do need anything, all I need to do is call the company. I’ve had many people stop and tell me we have the most beautiful roof in Georgetown.

We purchased our Country Manor Shake Metal Roof in 2013 from Joe Knife and Classic Metal Roofing Systems of Kentuckiana. We received excellent service from Joe and Ron the crew leader throughout the sales, installation, and follow-up steps of our roof. Whenever you make a major purchase for your home, you want total involvement by the company. Once the roof is finished, you never want to see anyone from the company again. Tongue in cheek. Joe has followed up over the years and we have only seen Joe when we had another home project that was a repair job needed from another well known sunroom manufacturer. Who's 15 year limited warranty had expired. Sadly we have become very familiar with their repair crews over the years and now the roof leaks have reappeared after 3 fixes.

We had our metal roof installed in 2007 and it still looks just like brand new! We still have people stop to ask us about it 17 years later. From the sales appointment with Joe Knife to the installation crew-all were friendly and professional. The installers accidently snapped one of our holly trees near the house and Joe made sure we were compensated right away. We have also had a few minor repairs over the years and Classic Metal Roofing was always quick to respond and fix the issue. Overall, this investment in our home was one of the best! Well worth the price! Joe Knife was and is wonderful to work with... can't say enough good things about him. Classic Metal Roofing is lucky to have him working for them and endorsing their product.

The experience with this company was excellent, from the time Mr. Knife came out to give us an estimate to the time the professional installers came out to put our aluminum shingled roof on to the end. We’ve had our roof on 7 years now and we have not had single problem with it. I would rate this company at a very high 5 plus and higher.

Growing up in the British Isles & used to wet weather any month of the year our homes continue to be built to last a lifetime or more with slate or tile roofs often being the standard. “Build it right, the first time” is what they say!

Having lived in our Kentucky home since 1997 we had already replaced the original asphalt roof twice with wonderfully misnamed “25-year shingles" & we were currently dealing with leaking issues mainly around the ridge vent.

While searching around for a more permanent roofing solution that would NEVER again involve asphalt shingles we discovered Classic Metal Roofing & were pleasantly surprised by their range of style & color options. We enjoyed working with Joe Knife, a courteous, patient & absolutely no-pressure sales professional.

The actual finished product speaks for itself but its quality is matched by the dedication of the installer. Ron reminded me of an old-school, master craftsman as he hand-cut & constructed the finishing details around a vent near the end of the job. We couldn’t speak more highly of his impeccable work ethic & dedication to his craft - all on a hot week in July!

We chose Manor Country Shake as we loved the old style look of them & the finished product has simply transformed the look of our home to match the cottage garden we have been growing in our front yard. We now have our wee Irish cottage in Kentucky!

A high quality roof with incredible customer service. I would recommend Classic Metal roofing to anyone looking for a lifetime roof.

I'm actually a two-time customer of Classic Metal Roofing, a rarity for a roof with a lifetime warranty. I was so happy with every part of my first experience that I wanted to do it again on another house. No landfill waste because my new roof was installed over the old asphalt shingles, roofing made from almost 100% recycled materials, energy savings from the reflective coating, the lifetime warranty, AND the 40-year transferable warranty. I didn't anticipate using the latter, but when we sold the house with the first roof, that warranty was a powerful motivation for the buyers. On top of all that, both houses look just amazing. In evaluating the relative costs of a CMR product and an asphalt shingle roof, you should consider the declining quality of asphalt shingles and the higher probability of bacterial staining within a couple of years of installation, even with a shingle rated for 15 or 20 years. Plus, it's a nasty product for the planet. Recycled aluminum is the way to go, and CMR is the company with which I recommend you partner. The highest quality product, responsive service, and clear communication were hallmarks of the experience.

Classic Metal Roofing Systems of Kentuckiana did an outstanding job replacing my shingle roof with a Standing Seam metal roof. My roof was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I also self-installed solar panels a few years ago and wanted to add ten more, and doing so on a Standing Seam roof was so much easier than the headache of working with asphalt shingles. But I digress..

This organization was top notch from the time I contacted the owner all the way through completion. They set up an in-home estimate and walked me through every step of the process from selecting a great color to providing a bank that handled the financing piece. I believe this was their first time working with a homeowner with Solar Panels, and while they didn’t remove/install my panels they did a great job of installing a through-roof junction box that my system needed. But wait, there’s more.

They were a combination of professional, courteous, and just plain fast. After the metal roof panels were cut to fit my roof and delivered, it only took a few days for them to remove the old roof and put the new one up. And in what I’m calling, “Going a serious extra mile”. I ended up biting more than I could chew with respect to my new Solar Panels, and after I told the project manager that I was having trouble getting my new batch of Solar Panels on my roof because they were about 20 pounds heavier and 20 inches longer than my original batch, he offered to help me, and we knocked out getting them on the roof and hooked up in about 1.5 hours.

I’m extremely happy with my new roof. It looks GREAT. Classic Metal Roofing of Kentuckiana did a fantastic job. There aren’t enough rating “Stars” to indicate how well they did. If you are in the market for a roof replacement, definitely look them up!!
