Great company! They sided an addition in one day. Crew was polite and cleaned up all the debris from the work. Our addition looks great!

When I was getting ready to write this review I thought I should read some of the other reviews, it seemed like they were all 5 star reviews but I thought that can be right because they have a 4.6 average, so someone isn’t happy, so I read the ones with a lower score and it seems their only fault is being late for appointments or having to reschedule appointments. I thought if all I have to do is wait periodically or reschedule an appointment Its going to be worth it in the long run and I was right, the price was great, the workmanship was top notch. It was a pleasure meeting Mark and his son, both are wonderful people.

Just remember the old saying: Good work is rewarded by more work and it is certainly true for Clarks Straight Line Roofing. So remember be patient.

Its worth it in the long run.

Truly professional. I had estimates from 4 other companies and chose Clark's, not only due to the estimate but also because of a local recommendation. So glad that I did...their crew was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked throughout the entire day and did not consider the job complete until the yard was totally clean. I highly recommend this local company if you ate in need of a new roof.

Eli and Mark are kind and do business the right way. They were the best price and were fast. Got a quote and the gutters were done 3 days later. They look great and improved the look of my house. I will use them and recommend them in the future.

In March of 2023, my aluminum shingle roof blew off my back porch and shingles also blew off the main part of my roof. State Farm only wanted to pay $3,000 for damages. After much back and forth, my previous roofer was able to get State Farm to pay about $22,000 to replace the back part of my roof. The roofer had already told me that my entire roof was leaking and bad, yet he was happy to replace "half a roof". I finally received my check and had the mortgage company cosign, deposited the check, and then 5th 3rd bank "accidently" returned my check to State Farm. It was over a year before I actually had the money deposited into my account.

I could not in good faith use the roofer who was happy to replace half of my roof so I called other roofers. Most never called me back. Mark with Straight Line Roofing called me back and worked with me to give me a quote. Mark and his son Elija inspected my current roof and the damage and we modified the quote. I finally have a new asphalt room and am getting new gutters and downspouts. The team was professional and worked hard to get my roof done. They did an excellent job of cleanup especially when you look at all that they had to clean up with remove of a metal shingle roof as well as the previous asphalt roof. Foam insulation is under the metal shingles so it's a mess to clean up.

I have another friend who used Straight Line Roofing several years ago and he is also happy with his roof. I highly recommend this company.

We absolutely adore this company! Their professionalism, timeliness and cost are far beyond most of what is happening in our world these days. I have used them on a couple of houses and projects and they never disappoint. I always do and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Their motto should be ‘under promise and over deliver’ because that’s what happened. I was simply promised a roof and at the end of the day, they did SO much more, plus I could barely even tell they were here. They cleaned up stuff that wasn’t even their mess. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a contractor. To top it all off, not only did they show up at sunrise ready to work, but they stripped it down to the plywood and put on an entire new roof - all in one day…plus they had the best price! Well done! Anyone looking for a roof should definitely consider Clark’s Straight Line Roofing.

Mark and His crew do what needs done, They don’t try to rip you off and if they find something that needs repaired they tell you and ok it before any extra work is done.

Clark's Straight Line and Roofing company replaced the entire roof and gutters on my families home. They did great work and got it done in a timely manner.

I have used Mark to roof several of my rentals and my own residence. He and his guys are top notch. Very good workmanship, friendly and family friendly. I would def recommend them.

Mark was great to work with. He was always on-site to ensure the work was done correctly and on time. I shopped several competitive bids and he was approximately 20% less than the next closest bid. Appreciated his down to earth personality.

We have used this business several times for our cabins rental company. For new gutters on 2 units and a roof on a units, windows in 3 units. Great pricing and great work. THANKS

I met with Mark in February and he came to the house and gave me a quote for soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts with the understanding that work would begin in late May/early June after the house was scheduled to be painted.
Long story short - June arrived, Mark was contacted. He stated on several occasions he would be starting work the next week, then the next week, then no one showed up, etc., etc. Life issues came up, and I am understanding of that, but I was getting promised that they would be here on a certain day, then no one would show up. I was put off for the next 4-5 weeks. Finally, on July 7, the son arrived (with one other person) to start the job at 11:00AM and sat in my driveway for 15 minutes finishing breakfast. After he arrived, he said "bad news - we don't have any J-channel, so we can't do your job today". (The trim coil and soffit materials had already been dropped off at my house 5 weeks prior).
At that point, I said that I had waited patiently on them long enough and was no longer interested in them doing work for me and that they should load up their materials and go. The son replied with these comments:
"It's not our fault that we don't have the material. Wait in line like everybody else."
"To be honest, I didn't want to do this job anyways. The last job we did in Pickerington was a nightmare."
"I get paid whether I do this job or not."
So, to summarize, Mark seemed like a good guy and even went out of his way to bring color samples when I decided on a different shade for the materials.
However, I don't believe his son is professional nor motivated and frankly is very rude and immature, and does not represent this company well.

Hired to replace my roof 13 yrs. ago and did a great job. Called Mark this past spring to come back out and inspect it, plus take measurements to install siding on my garage. Took a month and MANY phone calls to get him out here for that. When he finally did come out, it wasn't very professional to be spitting tobacco all over my property, kinda grossed me out. Should have kept it in his mouth or swallowed it, but don't be spitting on someone's property when you're giving an estimate! He never did send me an estimate for the siding either! I waited for 3 months and called several times, but never got a response nor an estimate. Sorry but I would not recommend anymore because of this. You'd think a repeat customer would not get ignored or blown off like this, but unfortunately that was the case.

Mark and his crew does fantastic work. His price was great and work was fantastic. They cleaned up after job and was very great to work with. Will refer to anyone needing work. Thanks again

Recently, I had an emergency roof leak in my family room so I called Mark with Clarks Straightline Roofing in a panic. Mark was so professional and understanding, he graciously took time away from his family and rushed over to my house to fix the leak. I am forever grateful to Mark for saving my roof before any further damage occurred. I highly recommend Clarks Straightline Roofing, Mark and his team are hands down the best in their field!

The owner is a nice guy but isn't very organized and never kept an appointment. He missed his first two appointments to show up for an estimate. On the third attempt he was late. After accepting his estimate and asking him to schedule an install he said "Prob a couple weeks out for sure unless I can fit it in somehow sooner." That was 8 weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him.
