My wife and I have purchased a home in Norfork, Arkansas and have been trying to get someone out to get an estimate for some roof repairs. It's not something that we need repaired this week, but something that needs to be fixed sometime in the next 12 months. I met, by chance, one of your company representatives on two occasions in public, explaining what I needed to get done, an both times I was blown off, citing "they had too much work because of storms" and I was told to look elsewhere.

We really need the work done, and me being a disabled veteran, I can't physically do the work myself anymore, called your company (because you come so highly recommend) to maybe get someone out for an estimate for the repairs and set up something in a few months when you aren't so busy.

This morning, I received a call from a man who was very excited about doing business with me... But that changed immediately when he realized who I was, and blew me off yet again, citing that "he was headed out the door to go to Harrison" and that "I should just hire a handyman."

If this is the kind of service you have, I'm really surprised that you're still in business.
