My husband and I have been working with CK Roofing Solutions of Benton since we met them at the Conway home show this past Spring. We talked with every roofing company in attendance that day and we’re most impressed with CK Roofing Solutions customer centered focus on our specific needs. We have had great communication from day one with Shane and the awesome office staff from each appointment set, timely estimate, job start and completion. We knew we were only interested in a complete metal roof re-screw repair. Something we were unable to get any other roofing company to quote because other companies were only interested in selling us an entire new roof. We feel CK Roofing Solutions of Benton went above and beyond in their low pressure customer sales and service from answering all of our questions to choosing the right work crew to get the job finished in minimal time. We are very happy with the results.

We had a crazy hail/ wind storm come thru and pummeled the house.. I wanted someone to look and the roof but had no idea where/ who to go to. Had a friend of mine recommended Nick at Reliance, so, I gave him a call. Wow! He came out, jumped up on the roof and explained to me what he saw. He said it looks like you definitely need to call your insurance company.. I did and he took it from there. He handled EVERYTHING! The reroof took two days and when they left it was like no one was there. The roof was perfect and the yard and driveway was immaculate... Reliance removed and replaced my total roof and gutters. Nick Chandler worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to make sure they covered everything due to hail damage. The roofers did a great job and completed it in one day. I appreciate the professionalism and workmanship of Nick and his crews. The new roof and gutters look great and it was a painless process for me since Nick took care of everything.

Excellent work! Hassle free for us! All we did was call our insurance to initiate the claim. Reliance was on site for the initial inspection and Reliance handled all the dealings with our insurance throughout.

We received top notch service on our roof replacement. Reliance General Contractors made our roof look better than before by replacing old turbines and installing ridge vents. They also did an excellent job cleaning up during and after the work was done. Their attention to detail was impeccable!

Conner went above and beyound to make our house look amazing even in the chaos of multiple layers and rot! He kept us updated and in the loop along the process. He stood in the gap with our insurance and got us more than what we would ever ask for! Thank you Conner!

Connor did an awesome job helping us navigate our roof replacement. My mom was in the middle of selling her house when she found out her roof needed replaced and he and Nick even met with the adjuster to help handle the logistics. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality work! Very professional and great communication. Nick will make sure the job is done right. We had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. Nick made sure every last detail was complete, and even finished a job that another company had originally started and had failed to finish. I highly recommend and would t trust anyone else.
