Because the job was poor quality, the value just isn't there. The stair rails are not meeting with the posts and the cuts are jagged, leaving air and water to rott the posts fairly quickly. We shall see how long it will take until I have to have the work replaced. It took 5-6 weeks to get 4 back stairs done and a small concrete sidewalk in the front done. In the end, I had to insist that he clean up the debris before I gave him the remainder of his payment, all while he complained that he didn't make any money on the job. Glad to be rid of him and I will not hire him again. I cannot recommend him to perform any job.
