I had the greatest pleasure working with Jordan R. on getting my roof inspected after a recent hailstorm that caused damage to my roof and other external house fixtures. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail and pointing out so many things that needed to be written up. In addition to his great workmanship and professionalism, he also sat down with me to call insurance company and help me create a claim with them and he showed up when the insurance adjustor came in to do their inspection. I already got my insurance net claim amount and once the check arrives, i can't wait to get the work scheduled out with Citadel Roofing and construction!
