I had the greatest pleasure working with Jordan R. on getting my roof inspected after a recent hailstorm that caused damage to my roof and other external house fixtures. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail and pointing out so many things that needed to be written up. In addition to his great workmanship and professionalism, he also sat down with me to call insurance company and help me create a claim with them and he showed up when the insurance adjustor came in to do their inspection. I already got my insurance net claim amount and once the check arrives, i can't wait to get the work scheduled out with Citadel Roofing and construction! Thanks Jordan for all your help and looking forward to getting the roof done!

Citadel Roofing was very prompt in answering our call in regards to a leak down our foyer wall. They came out the next day, found the leak and promptly fixed it. Thank you Citadel for quick service and the peace of mind. We highly recommend them and they will be our go to company for any roofing advice or needs.

My roof looks great! Citadel Roofing did an outstanding job and completed the work in just 1 day. They were very professional and communicated every step of the way. I will recommend them to anyone needing a roof in Kentucky. I think they are also licensed in Indiana.

I just had my roof replaced by Citadel and they did an outstanding job! They helped me through the insurance process and got me an approval for a complete replacement versus the original repair my insurance offered!
The crew worked hard and took care of my property by cleaning up and helping me move things! I highly recommend this company!

We had hail damage, which one of their reps pointed out. From that point on, our experience with Citadel Roofing was excellent. Pleasant and knowledgeable, they helped us through the process and did excellent work. The fact that they are Owens Corning preferred installers was helpful.

I cannot say enough about this roofer. Professional, hardest working crews, quick response to any need, great prices, quality installation and repairs. They just did two roofs for me. GORGEOUS, highest quality Owens Corning, with 50 year warranty. I could not be more pleased with any aspect. What I wanted, done in rapid time, done to exacting specification.

If there were 10 star option, I would give them that.
