Great service from Circle G Roofing. They were timely and efficient when they first came out to assess my roof. Joe's demeanor and knowledge impressed me and he gave me a reasonable quote. They started the work much sooner than I expected and finished it quickly. Jimmy answered all my questions and took photos of the roof before, during and after the foam installation. I have a 5 year warranty, but was informed the roof will not need any further leaks for many years. I will notify them if any problems occur and they will come back. I asked for a yearly roof check and Jimmy indicated this would be possible. Because of this company, I believe that fair family businesses can be successful.

Update for my experience with Circle G. After Jimmy and his crew finished with my roof, the remediation people came in and removed the drywall on the ceiling and walls. To my dismay, there was an area of roof decking which had obviously been water damaged repeatedly over time. I called Jimmy on Friday who was surprised but agreed to come take a look.
He and his crew showed up at 7am on Monday. They located and replaced the damaged area at the same time! (The area was near the back wall of the house, and apparently not visible from the roof side) He reapplied a new layer of foam over the patch and over the rest of the roof in that area. He was finished quickly and his crew cleaned up all debris.

Circle G was the 3rd roofer in 8 years to access my roof. The other 2 times a new application of elastomeric coating was recommended, and neither of them saw any problems from the top. So I can understand that the problem couldn't be identified easily. I'm so grateful that Jimmy owned the roof issue and settled this problem when others have not.

I'm blessed to have found an honest and reliable company to help secure my little home from the elements!

Circle G did our roof 6 years ago so I called them back for an estimate. He came out, checked the roof and gave us an estimate that was more that 6 years ago, which is to be expected. What we didn't expect was that since we were a previous customer he decided to give us a discount and we were very happy with the price.
They were right on time for the prep work and the foaming and application of elastomeric. They were professional, friendly, courteous and cleaned up in the front and offered to clean up in the back, which really didn't need it. Again we were very pleased with the owner, the workers and the entire job.

It was about time to maintain my Patio Home's roof in Sun City.

Joe with Circle G Roofing, was able to come over within hours and walked me through their process. He explained the foam roofing product they use and the service they offer, compared to a basic roll on coat. (I spoke with four other local roofing contractors, they all offered the ''basic roll on coat''. They were all very similarly priced, including compared to Circle G's quote). After comparing quotes to quality, the foam roofing offered by Circle G made complete sense.
They are a family owned business and Jimmy was out with his crew the next day. They pressure washed and dried, leveled the low spots and foam coated my +1,500 ft2 flat roof within a few hours. I was aware of some issues, concerning puddling and peeling under my HVAC unit. Circle G offered and installed a foam coated membrane under the unit and also coated the airduct. (None of the other contractors I spoke with, offered anything that could be considered a preventive solution. One actually mentioned using 'chicken wire').
The folks over at Circle G are relatable and friendly. The work was completed fast, with a "five year no leak warranty" and no mess left behind. I never actually asked how long the work would take and was surprised. Start to finish, they were done within 4-5 hours. I was under the impression it would take two days, as that seemed to be the norm, per all the other contractors I spoke with.

Circle G was fast & efficient. Called them out for a quote on my Sun City patio home. Jimmy and Joe had the crew out the next day. Pressure washed, leveled out & foam coated my 1500 sqft flat roof, in just a few hours. Surprisingly at pretty close to the price, that I was quoted for a simple roll on coating... That I was told would take two full days. They also back up their work, with a 5 year no leak warranty.

Circle G Roofing was great. It only took them about 4.5 hours. The roof looks great...We had a new heat pump put in last week and the guys had to put in a higher plenum. Circle G raised the roof up to it...We will do business with them again.....

This is our second time using Circle G for our flat roof maintenance the last time was 9 years ago and we had no issues since. We just wanted to maintain it in good condition so called them again without hesitation. We also have a small tile roof area that they serviced this time as well, as the underlayment was original from 26 yr ago and it was time to replace that. They’ve been really great to work with every time. They were Very responsive to our request for an estimate. I called and they were in the area and over for an estimate that same day. Reasonable pricing and great professional work that they stand behind. They do it the right way with a thorough prep, new foam seals around venting and low spots, then 2 full coats of elastomeric, with the second coat back rolled. It looks like new and it’s 26 years old. You will be glad you called this family of professionals to do your roofing work.

Circle G Roofing is fantastic! They came out back in 2021 to re-coat our flat roof. During the storms recently, a small amount of water had dripped from our ceiling so we called to have them come out under their warranty. Jimmy immediately put me on schedule and was at my house right away. He inspected our roof and found that one of our roof vent T-tops had been blown open in the winds which allowed water to get in. He fixed it for us for no charge even though it had nothing to do with their work.

The team did our whole roof (foam) in the last year or so…. and they were very professional, competitively priced and very responsive! Family owned business, all guys have been very nice and professional! We just had to call them back for warranty work that they were very responsive with the request and came out and fixed the issues without question or problem! The issues were with our skylights and bathroom fan areas (and not overall flat part of our roof area) so they were quick to diagnose the issue and fix! Highly recommend them!

The family that runs this business is top notch. They installed a foam roof on my large flat roof. I called them years later to help with a scupper leak. A year ago Joe and the team at Circle G repaired our roof and we could not have asked for a better experience. Their service was fantastic and price extremely competitive. Last weekend our roof sprung a new leak. I sent an email to Joe and received a response within minutes. He came out on Monday morning and repaired the damage which was caused by woodpeckers not a defect in their work. He did not charge us a dime for the work he did. I so appreciate the level of customer service they provide which is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend Circle G if you need work on your roof.

Joseph and team did a great job on repairing and applying elastomeric coating on our foam roof. They were also very punctual and showed up exactly when promised for both the quote and the work! I would very much recommend their work and definitely will use them for any roofing work in the future.

Our friends in sun lakes used them and the roof had a severe leak after they installed new underlament and flashings.
The valley channel installed was not per code. They used channel that was approximately 3" on each side of the valley. Code required 11" on each side. There was 3 short pieces of channel in a 6'-7' span. Supposed to be one solid piece. (I have a photo of the valley channel when they came back to fix the leak)

Circle G was real responsive and did a great job. They have also responded to some needs we had after and I definitely recommend them.

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

i had Jimmy from circle g work on my flat roof. they did foam over my garage area and did repairs and sealed the rest of the roof. we have had issues with the roof over the last three years. they come out and work on it without question. i recently needed a description of what they did on the last visit in writing. they refused to do this because it was considered out of warranty. i don't understand why it would be a problem to put free repair but out of warranty with a description of what they did. this seems a bit shady. guess i will never know.

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof. We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs. This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why. I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.

I hired Circle G Roofing to apply polyurethane foam to my commercial building in Scottsdale Joe senior in his sons explain every detail and answered all of my questions and was able to do the job on time and on budget I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again for another project thank you Circle G.
