My wife and I purchased a used fifth-wheel Montana High Country and soon discovered it needed a new roof. I contacted Alex from a Google search. He was a very nice gentleman, and I asked for an estimate, which he sent immediately. The estimate for the repair was reasonable. After about two weeks, I dropped the RV off at our scheduled time at his shop. As he began working on replacing the roof, he noticed some issues that needed to be addressed. So I am going to list all the repairs he performed: new roof membrane with OSB replacement, new front and back AC units (one with a heat pump), patched side-out roofs, new axle shackles, adjustment of slide-out cables, new rollers on one slide-out, new awning fabric, new TV antenna, and replacement of the broken fireplace. I was committed to getting everything fixed and done correctly. Alex did an excellent job at a reasonable price. All the repairs were completed in about two weeks. I definitely found a company I trust with my RV and will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Alex, for everything.

Leaving Oshkosh heading south for a vacation we noticed water flooding the inside of our RV when turning on the water pump. We called the closest emergency RV service and over the phone Alex patiently walked us through a few possibilities. He was very helpful.

We just came back from a 3-month trip and cleaning the motorhome and the door awning seized up in the out position. I called the RV guy and he answered immediately. He was out of commission as had an injury. He was able to help us remotely with research and a how to video. Thanks so much!!!!!

We emailed back and forth a few times, and he provided an estimate. I responded that I would like to move forward with the repairs. Then crickets, totally ghosted. I have tried multiple times over the last month to connect and set a date for repairs. I even indicated I would go to him. Nothing, nada, not even a "I'm very busy and will get back with you as soon as I can." It's the most bizarre thing I've encountered with a business. Either my repair isn't worth his time, or this isn't a business at all. Even if he does reach out after this review, I wouldn't feel comfortable moving forward with repairs if this is how he runs his business.

Alex saved the day! The A/C unit on our brand new restroom trailer stopped working a couple of days before hosting a wedding.
The new unit and repairs were covered by warranty and Alex arrived on very short notice to replace the A/C unit quickly and efficiently.
Thrilled with his prompt professional service.

I feel qualified to winterize my 34 foot RV at the end of the season, but instead I choose Alex and his expertise to make sure that I can rest easy over the winter. Notice the picture with a stripped off roof? That is my RV that suffered from significant storm damage and he replaced the entire roof to my 100% satisfaction. 6 stars.

Alex did a phenomenal job fixing our camper. We had some extensive water damage and rotted out roof. Alex replaced the roof and redid the ceiling panels. The camper looks better now then off the assembly line. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for great work and honest pricing. Had great communication the whole time while Alex was working on it.
