Do Not purchase upgraded roof, they do not know what they are doing yet, it's new to them!!
It started off good, we thought, than the communication inconsistencies and miss quoted information started.....and kept snow balling. Mike says one thing, Kelly said another, and Jamie's crew was in the middle with half info.
After our roof was completed, someone had to come back out and cut more vents because the upgraded roof we purchased required it and it wasn't done correctly, another week for the painter, another week out for the vent cap, the mechanical contractor CIG hired never came back to inspect our attic to make sure everything was okay (they didn't have the right ladder when here 1st), another week to have someone come out again to finish painting the vent cap, about 5 or 6 weeks wait for the invoice after roof done....we were told because they were waiting on painters invoice but we had a set cost so it really didn't matter because the invoice amount would be the same regardless, just another excuse.
After the invoice came, another week to get our prior credit details input on the invoice to satisfy our insurance company so final payment could be disbursed.
Miscommunion of when our warranty for the upgraded product purchased would be processed. We were told it was sent in at the beginning of June, but here we are and nothing has come in the mail. Our insurance and mortgage companies were great to work with....CIG Construction, not so much! They made this roof replacement claim a horror show AND we still do not have our warranty to get our discount from our new insurance providers......no final payment will he made till it comes!!
Save yourself this awful waste of time and constant frustration, and go with a differrnce more competent company, there are many out there!

I am pleased with the professional and clean work. The majority of the demolition and work were completed in one day with a return trip to install gutters and downspouts.

Only hiccup was some trim that was colored differently than we expected on installation day - which was remedied immediately. We had most of the exterior of our house replaced due to hail damage. Roof, Windows. Stucco, Gutters etc. We were back and forth with our insurance company many times. If you need a company that stands behind their work and helps with the insurance claim, then CIG Construction is for you. We couldn't be happier with their work.

We were very pleased with CIG Construction replacing our roof. As soon as we got the approval of our homeowners association, they were quick to get the materials and workers shortly after. They put our new roof on our house in one day. The workers did a great clean-up job. We found no damage inside or outside of the house when they were finished. We highly recommend them.

Great work on repairing my roof that had shingles blown off from wind. I initially called to get a quote for a new roof, but was told a repair would be much cheaper and my roof would be fine for a few more years.

We worked with Kelly at CIG on roof damage from a wind storm. They performed the initial tarping of our roof very fast after the damage occurred. We eventually used CIG for our roof replacement and they did a great job at a very fair price. Kelly was great to work with and I highly recommend CIG Construction. I will be calling CIG next time I need construction services.
