Chimney savers Technician came out and to give my chimney a look over and quote and he was very professional and polite and explained everything. Right on time as they said they would be here.

John was very personable, friendly, professional and courteous! He answered all our questions concerning safety codes and standards. He also explained our service today going over line item, by line item. He also did the same with our quote for repairs needed!!

The whole staff at Chimney Savers were excellent starting with the receptionist, Elise on to the manager, Kelly and finally with Jonathan, the technician. The entire process from the initial phone call to the on site visit and 15 page comprehensive report, including pictures took less than a few business days to complete. I highly recommend this company for all your chimney and fireplace needs.

John and Nick worked on my clogged chimney this morning. They were good working together, took care keeping the area clean, and did a fine job. We had a bunch of good personal chats, also some ideas for me to replace my stove, if I wanted, and general stove maintenance. They were a pleasure to have in my house and did a really good job. I will recommend them and Chimney Savers if anyone asks.
After they left, I started a fire and everything was working again—no smoke in the house..

The tech that came out (Spencer) was super professional. He took the time to make the surrounding area to his work space stayed clean. He explained everything I needed to do. His report was well written with plenty of photos to explain problem areas.

Spencer & Briant were very polite, informed me of what they were planning to do with the chimney and wood stove. They protected the area around the stove. Both very professional and answered all my questions. Very pleased with photos and detailed explanations of the service completed. I would highly recommend Chimney Savers for the cleaning and inspection of your wood burning stove/fireplace. Extremely through, knowledgeable and clean. After having our fireplace inspected and cleaned we did not have to cleanup after him. We were notified when he was on his way and when to expect him. Very happy with the entire process.

The team who came to service and clean our chimney was excellent. Not only did they do the job well, but they also explained the workings of our wood fireplace insert. We are new owners to the home, and they demonstrated how to properly start and maintain an efficient fire. They also pointed out key features of the unit and explained how to maintain it (e.g., what product to buy to clean the glass, etc.). They were patient in answering my questions - and did so with a smile. All around fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

Jon and Bryant were polite, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived prompty at the beginning of the arrival window and performed my Chimney cleaning and inspection quickly and without making any sort of a mess. They clearly explained the areas where my system needed attention (not unexpected) and recommended several remediation options without trying to upsell anything. Their expertise was clear at every step of the way and I was happy to open my home to these two. I had a great experience and will absolutely use Chimney Savers in the future.

Chimney Savers is the only group I want to be servicing my chimney and wood stove. They are so professional and knowledgeable. They are a great operation and I highly recommend their services.

Jeff and Cam did an outstanding job rotary cleaning, installing a chimney cap and replacing the stove pipe from the stove to the thimble. Things were cleaned up nicely when they were done. Jeff explained what he had done and what he observed during the inspection.

Update March 2025: Bryant and Mike swept my chimney and inspected the liner, wood stove and surrounding areas. They were careful, thorough and cleaned up after their work. They explained everything they saw and recommended. I highly recommend Chimney Savers.

Chimney Savers installed a stainless steel liner for me. They showed up exactly when they said they would and they were efficient, courteous and highly professional. They did an excellent job and the price was fair. They even put a drop cloth down on our basement floor--all the way from the entrance to our furnace. Not the living quarters of our house--the basement!

Update 5 years later (2022). I've had my chimney swept every year by Chimney Savers and they do a great job. This year Jon (Jonathan) did a great job and was careful and thorough and explained everything he did.

Update in 2024: Chimney Savers continues to do a great job during their yearly visits. This year Leo carefully swept my chimney and inspected everything from the basement to the roof.
