Leo was down to earth. No up sale. He gave me options on how to repair my issues, allowing me to pick which direction to get problem solved. He Left the job site clean. This young man is good face your company.

Leo was great. He was very detailed and thorough with respect to his inspection and measurements and explained everything very clearly. I am feeling very confident about the work after his visit.

Recently had a chimney fire and Called Chimney Savers. Our technician was great, knowledgeable and helpful. He conducted a full inspection and cleaning ,pointing out various issues and giving us options. The next day a full and thorough report was sent to us with pictures, problems and a detailed explanation of what needs to be be done to get our fireplace and chimney safe and up to speed. Questions were answered and phone calls were returned promptly.The whole process has been very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time as scheduled, Nick did a great job, inspected the fireplace insert on the main floor. Then proceeded outside to climb a ladder to inspect the chimney from above, regardless of the 2” of snow on the ground & roof…. Great job inside, clean as a whistle, no evidence he was even here. Well worth the money, for safety sake.. A+ in my book

I had a great experience! Nick was awesome and incredibly helpful. He was able to confirm my fears and show me our chimney liner was cracked and go over the options with me on how to rectify it. I'll be working with this company in the spring to get our chimney relined and I hope that Nick is there for the install!

We just had work done by Chimney Savers. The workmen were very diligent, and professional. They rebuilt the top of our chimney, relined the flue and cleared out all of the debris. It was hard work and they did it rain or shine. Will definitely use this company again for our future needs.

From everyone in the office and the numerous phone calls with a particular shout out to the excellence of John White, who first came in for an evaluation and Cameron and John, who installed and explained everything more than adequately. Initial phone contact was friendly and helpful. Communication is strong leading up to appointments. It was nice to have work done sooner than the expected service date. Technicians for inspection and installation work were very professional. Happy with the services received, do recommend.

I was very pleased with the performance of the crew from Chimney Savers. They arrived right at the appointed time. They worked quickly and quietly. All items were installed as expected. All work areas were cleaned and swept. They actually left the basement work area cleaner than they found it.

Mike did a thorough job. He was friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the inspection. He also sent a complete assessment with photos and a clear description of what needs to be addressed. It was a first-class job and experience.

Very pleased with the Chimney Saver’s work. Just had two fireplaces/chimneys inspected. Leo & Bryant were the crew & I’m quite impressed with how professional they conducted the inspections. Very knowledgeable & incredibly thorough. Also very considerate for their workspace & surroundings, they truly went the extra mile to ensure they kept the area clean! I noticed that they used high quality tools & equipment & practiced excellent safety protocol particularly when accessing the roof. Leo made sure I was well informed of his findings & entertained all of my questions & concerns. This was my 1st chimney service so I didn’t know what to expect but I couldn’t be more pleased with the crew & their work.

After 8 months of trying to find a contractor who's schedule I could get on, I finally found Chimney Savers. Their initial inspection found issues that others had not and their turnaround proposals were prompt and thorough. I was happy to receive a discount for some of the work to be done over the winter months, and was ecstatic when the team finished the 2-week long project in June (ahead of schedule!). Brad and Gage were the main technicians on-site and they were fantastic. Never complained about the extreme heat or inconvenient rain. They were on-time (even with an hour long drive each day), professional and kind. I 10/10 recommend this team for any job big or small. Great communication from the office-staff as well–from scheduling to ongoing communications with Alan (POC for work) via email/phone and Michael (POC for new stove).

If you're looking for a team to get the job done and do it well, this is them! We can't wait to use our chimneys, including 1 brand new wood stove brick chimney that is a work of art, and new wood stove this winter.

I contacted Chimney Savers to install a wood stove and chimney in my yurt. They didn't bat an eyelash--having done many of these before.
