Cody & John from Jerms cleaned our furnace and did a great job explaining what they were going to do upon arrival and then again what they completed when they were done.

Had to replace a water pressure tank and re-route plumbing. They did a really good job, completed work was nice and neat.

This is the second time I've had a Jerm's technician in my home and I'm once again very happy with the service he gave my two mini-splits. His name is Cameron and provided a most excellent cleaning of both mini-splits, left a very clean home behind, was respectful, and had no trouble giving both units a thorough cleaning. While outside checking the condenser, it began to downpour but he resolutely continue to clean even as he was getting soaked by the falling rain. I'm very satisfied with his service and Jerm's home services.

I have never come across such polite, competent and detail oriented people in my life as a home owner- honest, and very good at their job!

Our older central air system decided not to work! Aaron came out to look the situation over. The motor for the fan in the unit is not working so he got it ordered and it will be here in 4 days ( thank goodness it is available for this older model). Aaron was punctual , professional and very patient about answering my questions. Kept us informed on our options and what next steps were. It was a good experience and will be happy to to see him return and get us up and running.

Absolutely amazing! Jerm's helped us fix our water heater extremely quickly, accurately, and professionally. We originally had a Friday appt, but Cameron was able to squeeze us in on Wednesday. He was very knowledgeable (and friendly!) and walked me through the steps of what he would do to assess the damage and make the repair. He replaced our expansion tank the same afternoon in about a half hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Our well water pump died on Sunday and by early Monday afternoon Scott Elderd, along with John and Grant, were here to evaluate the problem and replace the pump - even though it meant they stayed well beyond normal work hours! In addition, Scott provided very clear summary of what they found and what was needed, as well as providing us with guidance on how to break in our newly fixed well water system. Fantastic work and experience - despite having to pay for the installation of a new water pump (but the old one was almost 30 years - and nothing lasts forever). Great job!

I have had great results getting several home problems fixed by Jerm's staff, including Cody, Jeremy, Aaron, and Michael. From a water heater replacement, to furnace work, to air conditioning repairs, all have been done professionally and effectively.

We’re new home owners and wanted to work with a local family owned business. Cory was the technician and he is knowledgeable and professional. Also very patient with all the questions we asked him.

Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new sink, faucet, disposal and resized the drains so they will flow properly. He put in a new outside hose bib as well. He will be coming back to work on some additional plumbing projects. I highly recommend Jerm’s and Scott especially.

Jerm’s has done several jobs for us over the past few years. Today, Aaron performed routine preventative maintenance on our boiler and water heater. Aaron did a great job like the other Jerm’s technicians that have done work for us. He was very friendly. He was right on time, explained what he planned to do, and completed the job efficiently. Chris from JERM’s responded to our water in the basement emergency call within an hour. Replaced the failed pressure tank, switch, and valve and had our water back the same day. So thankful to have JERM’s as our heating and plumbing company.

Excellent service, arrived earlier than scheduled!! Scott diagnosed the issue with our well system and had the estimate for repair ready within an hour. Jerm’s had parts on hand and were able to make the repair the same day. Scott & Matt pulled the well pump, 500 feet deep & rewired it. They stayed into the evening until repair was completed explaining everything along the way. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We were very fortunate to have the repair done the same day. Very professional. Great communication via text and email. Thorough, professional SOP to inspect and clean 3 of our 4 minisplits. Cam inspected all 4 (and the main unit outside) and said that one of our units is so lightly used that it didn't need to be cleaned. He also suggested moving to an every other year cleaning schedule based on our usage and that status of our equipment. The service is not cheap, but it's good to know our investment is in top condition.

Cody was very patient and helpful with explaining the work and concern areas. A Mitsubishi minisplit he serviced looked and functioned A LOT better!

Jerm's might be one of the best companies we've ever worked with. We had Tony come do the initial estimates for replacing our boiler, water heater, and well pressure tank and he was thorough, knew his product line, and made terrific recommendations and we had already had a few estimates done. We decided to go with Jerm's and anytime you make a decision involving such an investment in your home you get nervous but we didn't from the beginning with Jerm's. The job itself was 2 days and before each day you get a text with who your team lead is and notifying that they're on their way which I felt was a step beyond what other contractors do to ensure they have good communications with customers. Great start and then our team of Travis, Lucas, and Austin was outstanding from the second they arrived. All materials were on site and ready to go, the team communicated very effectively with us on when water would go off and be back on etc... , and the efficiency and nose to the grindstone effort was obvious when we saw how far they'd gotten the very first day. The end result by Travis and his team was a beautiful install, done with quality in mind, and we are now probably customers for life. There are still A+ contractors out there and they're hard to find but Jerm's did an amazing job and couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone seeking experts to do work on their homes. PS...18 months after install we had a pipe leak and Jerms sent Chris and Alex out to fix the problem that one of their guys, Cody had found. Chris and Alex were very skilled and professional in replacing a tee section and gate valve. It was done quickly and with no charge because they stand behind their materials and labor. Both great craftsmen and greatly appreciate their dedication and persistence in isolating and repairing the failed pipe section. Best business in the Upper Valley

We had a leak in our attic heat pump air handler, installed by another contractor. Cameron & John replaced the condensate drain within 48 hours of my call and later followed up to trouble shoot the air handler to find the root cause. All seems good now, but if something develops, I know that I can rely on the Jerm's crew to be out on short notice.

Adding to my prior review to thank Cody for all his great work servicing our boiler, heat pump, and central AC. While working on the 20+ year old AC system, he discovered a few issues and rather than throwing money and time into a system beyond its life expectancy, we decided it is time to replace it. He very graciously credited us back for the remainder of the AC service that he did not need to perform. Jerm's is the only company we let work on our HVAC and plumbing systems.

Aaron, Nick, and Zach were out yesterday to do our annual boiler cleaning and service plus to replace some leaking hose bib's.

They were on time, very polite, thorough in their explanations and listened attentively to my questions.

To top it off, while one of them had a few extra minutes at the end, he took the initiative to wipe down dust on the outside of the boiler. This is not usually part of the job but a very nice touch.

Hunter is always very thorough in his analysis of the issue and his explanation for the various opportunities to resolve it. I highly recommend Jerm's for plumbing and heating work.
