Charles and his son did a great job with our chimney. We had a remediation issue and Charles came highly recommended. He was able to come out and quickly assess the issues and get us on his calendar. He was communicative throughout the process and was very fair in his pricing. Charles is who you want working on your chimney!

Charles was great to work with; extremely knowledgeable and provided good guidance as we selected our new cap. The old cap was just a plain builder grade bent up piece of sheet metal. I let our weeping yaupon grow up to help hide it. Now, the new cap looks awesome and I've trimmed the weeping yaupon back to show off the cap.

This was a great investment in our home. Prior to getting the chimney cap our fireplace and gas logs would get soaked every time it rained hard. Chimney swifts would take up residence there every year. I am so glad we had this attractive and durable addition to our home installed just before Hurricane Helene hit. Let me start by saying if not for Charles and his son we would not know the issues going on inside our chimney. We contacted three contractors and Charles was the last one on the list but the ONLY of the three that got on the roof and looked inside. Wr found it was rotting from the inside due to the chimney cap not being installed properly. We tried going through insurance twice and both times Charles and his son came out to let them know what was going on. There customer service is superb and he sets sick a great example for his son to take on the business one day. Please contact him for your chimney needs he knows what he is doing and you will be glad you did so!!!!!

We had a persistent leak on the main peak of our roof which had damaged the interior drywall. After three attempts with roofers, who made good efforts to at attempt to repair the leak, we where referered to Charles.
Charles and his son where so professional and caring about assessing our chimney cap for damage. While nothing appeared to be clearly evident, the cap was poorly manufactured and need to be replaced.
Charles’ confidence and epertise made us feel that the replacement was the right more. The new cap was very large, more than 54 inches. It required a 5 week lead time to be custom made. Charles and his son where back within days of the promise to have it installed and did a great job!
It was certainly tragic that Hurricne Helene did so much damage throughout the south, but the intense rain put the new cap to the test. It worked perfectly and there was no leaking at all after more than 11 inches of rain.

Charles and is son are the men for the job. Very caring and considerate. They followed up after the storm to check on their work. It speaks volumes! Thank you!

We were in desperate need of a new chimney cap and another company referred Charles. He was quick to call me to schedule a time for an estimate. He and his son, Eli, were prompt and efficient, and answered my endless questions. Charles was able to help with a different issue inside our chimney that another company would have charged way more to fix. The cap was ready sooner than expected and Charles was able to work with my hectic schedule. The install was quick and I couldn’t even hear them on the roof above me!
