Adrian was wonderful to work with from the beginning, through the insurance claim process and installation. Once the crew got there, Elizabeth, the crew chief was outstanding. Her crew was very professional, dedicated and very hard working. They worked so hard during a very hot day and the results were great. Elizabeth was excellent at her job. The crew did a very good job of cleanup after the job was done and we were very happy with the results. Elizabeth is a very good representative of Home Grown Roofing.

Adrian and crew did a great job with my roof repair! After about a year in the house, I noticed periodic interior drip leaks across a common beam in the living room. Adrian came out to diagnose and nailed down the issue as poor ventilation leading to excessive condensation. Problem area was fixed and he was more than fair when the scope of the damaged area turned out to be twice as much as expected. Will be using these guys again when it comes time for a new roof.

This review isn’t about roofing or contracting, but about genuine humans helping someone out in a time of need. I got a flat tire going up I-70 and pulled into a Home Depot to change it. Mind you it’s freezing and DUMPING snow, four gentlemen came over and offered to help me change the tire, and did so very efficiently. I am so grateful and can’t wait to pass on this good deed! Definitely go to them!

I contacted many roofing companies for estimates on my roof which had hail damage, and none of them compared to to Home Grown Roofing and Contracting. I got an immediate response when I contacted them and they came to my house the very next day to do the estimate. In fact, Adrian himself (the owner of the company) came out personally to do the inspection and estimate. He also got me more money than the what the insurance adjustor initially wrote up. Adrian and his crew are great to deal with. Had a deck project going on that required roofing, and decided to replace the entire roof after talking to Adrian and seeing the quote. Glad I did because it looks so much better and feel confident with the new roof. Insurance paperwork was filled out for me by Adrian and I already got word of a discount. Communication was as good as it could be. He answered every text or phone call in a timely manner. Pricing was good and didn't go up as simple repairs were made. Home Grown replaced my roof and skylights. From the initial site visit, through the proposal process and completion of the work they were prompt, responsive and professional. Home Grown Roofing and Contracting (HGRC) did an outstanding job in replacing my roof in a timely manner! The owner, Adrian Oliver, contacted me the same day after I contacted HGRC about a new roof. Adrian completed a free roof inspection and provided options to me for different types of roofing material for a new roof. HGRC scheduled my roof replacement within two weeks after I contacted them. The roofing crew removed existing roof, installed new roof and attic vents in one day. They painted all vents to match the paint trim on my house. They did a great job cleaning up all debris after job was completed. Adrian inspected the roof after job was complete to make sure there were no issues and that I was satisfied with my new roof. Adrienne and his team took care of everything seamlessly. They worked directly with insurance and it was great to not have to worry about it. We used Adrian with Home Grown Roofing when we received hail damages on our home. We live in Bailey Colorado and it is hard to find people that want to come up here and back this far for contracting purposes. It always makes you a little nervous trying to find someone that will do as they say. Adrian was amazing to work with and great communication skills which someone like me appreciates tremendously. We had Hail damages to our Home and Garage that included paint and gutter damages as well. Adrian was a one stop get it all done contractor. His crew was quick and clean, there was nothing left behind. A lot of times you will find nails on the ground or what not when a Roof is replaced, not Adrian and his crew! They were fast and efficient and paid attention to detail. Adrian had contractors come out and do the painting of the house and gutters as well. He knew that the garage would need to be brought up to code with decking and brought out an Engineer to make sure that it would hold a snow load. Adrian made sure that all bases were covered and that we had nothing to worry about. It was such a relief to know that Adrian had everything handled, every detail covered, every step documented for insurance purposes. He even gave us the option on shingles that are Hail resistant and Fire resistant, I didn’t even know there was such a thing and with Colorado their fires, this makes me feel so much better as a Home Owner! A lot of companies could learn a thing or two from how Adrian runs his company, they are 1st Class and we will always recommend Home Grown Roofing and especially Adrian for your Roofing and Contracting needs. Very professional and honest company. They work thoroughly and do not afraid of trying new methods if the traditional ones do not work. They also listen to the customer and consider their desires. Their work area is always nice, neat and clean, and the work result is reliable and durable.

Totally awesome team. We had our roof done in the past and they really were the greatest company to work with. They literally help us through the whole thing and communicated great, which seems hard these day. So I just hit them up out of the blues a day ago because I had some siding come off the house and guess what? They got me hooked up on that as well, just 2 days later and bam all done and looks great. Thanks again guys, you totally ROCK and am so blessed to have found you guys.

Adrienne and his crew were great. They were able to get the roof done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. There was constant communication, which was GREATLY appreciated. I requested photos of the progress fairly frequently and nearly every single time I asked, I was provided with new photos. They installed a brand new roof and made sure all of the skylights were properly sealed.

Adrian and his team did an amazing job on our roof in the mountains at 11k feet where we live. Adrian's quote for our roof was very fair considering I wanted the highest quality double lock standing seam metal roof available. Our house in not large and a lot of the "local" roofers in the mountains were giving me outrageous estimates most likely because our project was so small they did not want to do it so they jacked the estimates way up or would not bother giving me the time of day. Adrian personally took the time to come talk to us initially and then get us a quote in a timely manner along with all the info we needed to make an informed decision about what we were spending our money on. He came to sign the paperwork in person and to show us samples even going so far as to let us borrow the samples so we would have time to mull over a color and make the right choice. Metals roofs are expensive and as a "normal" person this was a big expense for our family and it was nice to know that Adrian took that seriously. Living in the mountains especially where our home is located we get massive amounts of snow. Adrian spent the time needed to explain the different aspects of the new roof and how they would hold up and perform during the harsh winters. I used to do property management and have spent a considerable amount of time on roofs shoveling and caring for them. I had very specific requirements for my own roof and Adrian and his team were happy to work with us on those requests and answer any questions I had about the roof both before installation and during installation. Adrian and Home Grown had multiple projects going in the area when he did our roof but he spent a considerable amount of time at our house supervising everything that was going on. It was nice to know that he cares about all his projects even if they are smaller ones. Adrian was always available via call/text/or email. The quoted price was also the final price. There was no asking for extra money for more materials they may have needed once the project was started etc.

We used HomeGrown to fix a leaking roof, which had water coming down inside the house. Recommended by our general contractor, Adrian gave us a quick assessment of the situation, laid out how he'd address the situation (a rubber EPDM roof), and gave us a rough estimate and timeline. Once the work began, it was done quickly and efficiently, and his team did the demo as well as installing the new roof. Adrian was also great at helping us solve a water drainage issue that came up in the process, working with our GC to find a solution that they were both satisfied with. In all our interactions, Adrian was incredibly friendly, direct, and professional. We'd definitely hire him again.

Adrian was very responsive from my first inquiry about a roof leak that I suspected came from an older skylight. We set a time to meet, but I had to cancel because I was sick. Adrian easily rescheduled, and did a thorough inspection of my entire roof when he arrived. He identified the issue with the skylight and also pointed out a few flashings that needed repair, but there was snow on the roof which made it impossible to repair that day. Adrian removed the snow (!) and returned a couple of days later so the roof could dry out, allowing him to make the repairs. He took "before" pictures of all of the trouble spots and sent them to me, and he then took "after" pictures as well so that I could review the work without climbing up on the roof. This was especially nice.

During the last several months we've had a lot of snow, and the repairs have held up without any issue. I'm very happy that I was able to work with Adrian to address this issue and will be calling him next time I have any other issues. I strongly recommend Home Grown Roofing for any roofing needs.
