October 2024, my brother and I sold our family home to House Buyers of Cheyenne. It was a heart wrenching decision. However, with the support and professionalism provided by HBoC ( Adrain), along with the contractor from Cheyenne Quality Homes, I couldn't be more pleased with the rennovation of our childhood home!!! I am excited for the new owners, whomever they will be, to step into this home, and create new memories, to last a lifetime!!! This home has good bones and incredible solid positive energy!!! I made some requests for memorabilia to be preserved and handed over to me during the demolition phase. I spoke mostly with Mark, with Cheyenne Quality Homes. Mark was incredibly accommodating and delivered the items to me, across town. Mark opened the home for me to see the finished results, which took workers less than 2 months to complete. Seeing the rennovated home was bittersweet, but, I was warmed by the experience. It is time for a new chapter for this home.

We found Cheyenne Quality Homes by walking through one of their houses during the Parade of Homes. We worked with them to build a similar house with some customization of the floor plan for our needs. Customizing and building a house requires a lot of decisions on layout, materials, etc, and the communication was great the whole time. Construction was done on-time and on-budget. The home came complete with a great warranty and, based on our experience so far, we have every confidence that any issues that arise will be taken care of properly. 5 stars, would definitely work with again and recommend to friends and family!
