Excellent service. Came out and patched our roof for us while we worked with the insurance company through the process only to find the storm damage wasn’t significant enough. But they were great in helping us and we will definitely be using them when we need a replacement.

Could not be happier. Called them thinking they would come in a couple of weeks. ( it had rained hard lately) but they came the next morning. Got on the roof, did a though inspection, identified the problems, and fixed right then and there. Highly, highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough about Derek and Steve at Chesterfield Valley Roofing, but I’ll try! They know their business and how to put the customer first. They follow through on every promise, and communicate freely throughout the process, often pro-actively reaching out to us first. When they’ve explained things to us, it was never rushed, so we felt confident Their dedicated crew (not subcontractors) were conscientious, hard-working, and came when they said they would until the job was done and the yard totally cleaned up. When our insurance took a long time to pay, they reassured us not to worry. We ended up with a beautiful new roof and almost no out-of-pocket cost! Now we’ve just had hail damage to our siding and gutters, and we knew exactly who to call...

Steve and Derrick are absolutely fantastic. Professionalism and quality personified! Our roof and gutters look stellar and are top notch quality that are the envy of the neighborhood. Don't worry about the insurance as it can be confusing they are the pros and will walk you through it. Cannot recommend them high enough. If you need exterior work or roofing needs they are your guys.

The CVR team is terrific! They inspected and showed me hail damage to my roof, gutters, downspouts, and even my AC unit. Working directly with the insurance inspector, they gained approval for every possible repair, then worked with my insurance company each step of the way. Steve and Derek were personable, professional, explained every facet of the repairs and helped us pick colors that were aesthetically pleasing and matched our outdoor décor. They provided detailed cost estimates. All crews were very professional, courteous, and efficient. The work was done quickly, cleanup was thorough and the cost extremely reasonable. I enjoyed working with the CVR team and highly recommend them.

I had no idea I needed a new roof and gutters, and I was blown away that my Insurance Company paid for everything. My Chesterfield Valley Roofing Rep showed up early to the meeting/Insurance inspector and pointed out items on my property I never expected to be paid for! My new roof and gutters look excellent and the crews were polite, professional and they absolutely exceeded all my expectations!
