Cherokee Ace Hardware

I actually love this store because they usually have everything I'm needing, but there is a woman that runs the register long hair and short like me,who goes out of her way for me not once but twice and is so friendly Everytime I've seen her, the first thing she done was got my account back in my name again ,where 2 other employees acted like it was too big of a hastle , it took her a few minutes but she done it and now I'm able to get bonuses on certain things and get items cheaper , she then was at the register last summer and I asked her if there was anyway of looking up a door handle and dead bolt on the computer to get a receipt for me to give my landlord to get my money back she said do you know the day you did this and I said no but it had been months ago, she got on the store computer slash register and kept looking a few minutes later she said there was 2 people who had bought that product and you will never guess who they were? Her and me on the same exact day bought same door handle deadbolt assembly , what's the odds of that ? Lol she was able to hand me my receipt that I lost months and months ago along with my account name and amount I could only now get reimbursed for, she's my hero, she actually really smart at what she does and I now will always use that hardware store for all my hardware items ,can't remember her name but there's not many woman working there so someone knows her name by now, beautiful thanks for all you do for your customers, and actually make someone want to come back !happy happy new year!

What a place! Has a little bit of everything. If they don't have it, they will look to get it for you.

I just figured out another reason I don't goto Ace Hardware. The first reason is that their prices are always higher than other stores. Now I go in and spend 200.00 and ask if the have a military/veteran discount, the answer is a big fat NO. At least the big box stores (Lowes & Home Depot) appreciate the sacrifice made by Veterans and Active Duty Military.

I was very happy with my shopping experience there today. They were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and they had almost everything I had written on my list. I got to see the owners and some of the staff that I used to know 30 some odd years ago. I remember back when it was a automotive store....now it is that and a hardware store too. Plus it was conveniently located near the grocery store so I didn't have to go out of my way to shop there.

This store is large (much larger than Enid) and has a huge selection of items. The store was clean, well organized, and had friendly, helpful staff. Would send others here and I will be back.

I've been to alit of different hardware stores and this store was awesome. They had a little bit of everything, they even have automotive, and stuff for big trucks! Now if they'd start selling chrome they'd be the place for all cow trucks to shop!!!@
