We had discussed adding on to the house for years. We love our neighborhood and moving just sounded crazzy so we decided to add on a 2 story addition.
We added a master bedroom with bath as well as a basement space & also had an existing interior wall removed.
We are so glad we did it- and very thankful we had Paul Chernega (Chernega Construction, LLC) as our contractor along with his team. His attention to detail, promptness, cleanliness, communication and understanding of our needs was just incredible...every concern was addressed...and handled with care.
Not only all that- but his workers & subcontractors- some of who we know personally & highly recommended Paul- also just went above and beyond! Which just showed us the level of respect Paul has among all of the other trades & people he works with. This included Architects, Concrete, Masonry, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Plaster work, Paint and HVAC.
We are absolutely thrilled with the end product, and while life was a little chaotic for those 2 months- it all went so smooth and was totally worth it!
The beautiful addition & the removal of the interior wall was literally a dream come true for our family!
