John Guzman was with me every step of the way when we had storm damage. Not only was he with us every step of the way, he is professional, friendly, and hands down a great guy. We have stronger roof shingles, siding, gutters, and the color is amazing. This was back in spring or summer of ‘24

John worked great with me and answered every question I asked. The workers started early and stayed late to finish the job. My roof looks amazing. I was worried about the cleanup but they did a great job. I had 5 bids and John’s was the lowest by far. I highly recommend CD Strong.

John from start to finish was there - Helped with the insurance paperwork, called and told us when the roofing materials would be delivered. Told us when the dumpster would arrive and when the crew would be there to do the install. The crew was very polite and was concerned about the way they treated the house and plants. After they finished they went around checking for nails and roofing material that had fallen off the roof during striping and replacing the roof. They cleaned up where they took a lunch break, The crew was fantastic - John was there all day to make sure that everything was going great. It was a very wonderful experience and would recommend them. John came back the next day to pick up the excess materials and to do a walk through to insure that the job was done right and up to there standards. Thank you John and CD Strong Construction.

I called CD strong construction to give me a bid on a roof replacement that I was told needed to be done. They were able to get a gentleman out to me the next day. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Lee, the gentleman, said a new roof was not necessary. That he would be able to fix the areas that needed it. That was a huge relief. This time of year I did not need an expense of a brand new roof. I strongly suggest anyone who's looking for an HONEST bid to definitely give them a call.

I received a referral to CD Strong from a local roofing company in Belleville that no longer does asphalt or residential roofing. I received an estimate from CD along with two other local roofing companies and chose CD to complete the roofing job on a two- story rental property in Belleville.

I was very pleased with the whole process, from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. The job, which included a tear off and complete replacement of the roof, was done on schedule, with the materials specified in a very professional manner. The crew was great to work with and completed the job and a detailed clean up in a single day. Their pricing was also very competitive; I would give them my highest recommendation.

I have used CD Strong three times in the last 8 years to replace roof on three different houses. All three were done without any call back. My last roof replacement was done when I was not on site to inspect but the works were of quality and the site was cleaned well of debris. I would use CD Strong Construction again.

Wow, what a great bunch of talented people in one company, starting with Jeff who did the quote to Missey, the office person, to the craftsmen who did the installation. Jeff worked with my insurance company and I ended up with a great price! Missey helped me to understand roofing talk and calmed my nerves because a roof is a huge undertaking and I was very nervous about doing this. The craftsmen, it was like watching a ballet! And here’s the best part. They cleaned up my yard and had it looking like they were never here. So yes, if you need a new roof give these guys a call. You won’t be sorry. They guarantee it… for a lifetime!

I was able to schedule an appointment rather quickly. They came out and fixed my leak on my roof, near my chimney. The two gentleman that came out were thorough and very friendly! It was very nice to do business with this this company.

Anthony came out to fix some siding issues we had on our garage and house. He did a great job and I would use them again.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I called them about a leak on our flat top roof on a Saturday afternoon, was on the phone with a project manager that night, an estimate with pictures on a Monday afternoon, and the work complete that Wednesday morning. All during a frigid string of January days. They offered solutions, not pressure, and laid out a calendar for when I would need a new roof. Their eyeball estimate came pretty dang close to the final cost. I hope not to have to replace my roof any time soon but I know who I’m calling when it’s time. A big thank you to Amanda and Anthony for their responsiveness and honesty.

Amanda provided exceptional service to me when I was in need of roof and gutter work. The quality of her work was very impressive and to top it off she provides amazing customer service. I hired her to help me and due to some circumstances, I realized I would not be able to pay her in full for the job I had initially tasked her with. I recently purchased a multifamily that needed some minor roof repairs. I contacted Ben Ezell based on personal recommendation to provide an estimate on a few items. He was quick and responsive at first. When I decided to book CD Strong for the work, Ben said he would send me a revised agreement via email. He never did. I called multiple times and left messages - no response. In hindsight, Ben told me his ladder was "a grower not a shower" so it was probably for the best that he ghosted me on this project.

Please read before you chose this company CD strong. Hopefully CD strong doesn’t remove this. I signed a contract with CD strong Amanda and Ben. They seemed very honest and real at the beginning.they started my project a month after originally talked about which I looked past they had a crew who I was unaware of at the time doing the work that did not know what they was doing. I called Ben made him aware that rain was coming and my roof would leak. He said everything is good and it will be ok. That night my house was flooded I put buckets catching water all over my house. It also flooded my basement. I dumped 9 gallons of water out. Ben showed up the next morning apologizing and called Servpro to come look at the damages. Servpro estimated I had around 45,000$ in damages. CD strong and Dave furgeson the owner of CD strong did not want to turn this into a insurance claim so I worked with them and we agreed on a new price they signed a contract saying they would finish the job and still warranty there work. Ben himself showed up almost ever day with 1 or 2 guys trying to figure out how to get my roof done . IN December I decided to hire a Enginering firm to come inspect the work they was doing. He said “ it is the absolute worst job he has ever seen and will not pass inspection and would leak and have no warranty” After hearing that I called the manufacturer that makes the product he sent 2 different guys out both said the whole roof would have to be completely removed and reinstalled. My house is still not complete and Dave the owner of CD strong advised Ben Who is in charge to walk away from my project. I have all this on text messages. I wish I could talk with everyone before they make this decision to choose CD strong. They will not respond to me any more and I think the next step is to hire a attorney and go to court I’m not looking forward to this. I’m going to be filling with BBB and the Illinois roofing license committee. Please don’t make the mistake of hiring this company my 2 bids to fix there work are 45,800$ and 42,250$ which I will be stuck with.

We hired Richie Mueller to replace our siding. The project was met with a lot of frustrations, but the ultimate one was he installed the wrong color siding on our home!! The company refused to repair it, offering us 7% off our bill. The contract CLEARLY states the color we chose and the error rests with the company. Disgusting. Do not hire them!

Our company has enjoyed working with CD Strong Construction. We have especially enjoyed working with Ben Ezell. They are easy to reach, responsive, do good quality work, and stand behind their product. Looking forward to ongoing relationship with them as our go to roofing contractor.

We only had our house for a half-year when we got the hail damage in December, but we noticed leaks in the Spring. Amanda was super awesome! She handled EVERYTHING! Talking with our Insurance Provider, to organizing the Roofers, Gutters, and all of this during the busiest time of year for them. Thank you Amanda and CD Strong for handling out leaky damaged roof!

My roof was in bad shape they made sure that i understand what they where going to work on. it looks great and was done in a day. I think they best part is that they work with your scheduled and made sure that you knew what was happening when. i only had one problem do to wind but i called them and they where out the next day and fixed it no charge. they make sure that you are happy with the look before it is done. i will be using them in the future.

You will not find a better roofing company to work with. Scott not only provided a competitive price that was hard to beat, but the overall quality and look was remarkable. The roof truly did change our home for the better. Scott was very helpful during the overall process from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.

Jeff worked with my parents as well, but from my experience they did a great job also and were done in one day. I liked they could complete the work on a Saturday and jeff and the whole team were very flexible with scheduling. We had a terrible time with State Farm, but in the end jeff came through for us with the right price and customer service. He even threw in some extra stuff because of how annoying state farm was!

Absolutely awesome! Did a new roof on our house. From time of bid to completion was about a week. Crew was professional and did an excellent job of cleaning everything when finished.

EXTREMELY SLOW. It’s taken 3 months to side half an apartment complex. I was told the building before us took much longer and we are “lucky” they are even moving at this pace. They don’t show up on days (even when the weather is just fine). When they do actually show up, they show up at 10am and are on a two hour lunch break by 11:30.

Great roofing company to work with. I work at a property management company and we use them as an outside vendor- they do great work!

Ben and this company were a pleasure to work with. I have had horrible experiences with contractors in the past and Ben was the total opposite.
