I was blown away by their work!! They went above and beyond, not only with the quality of work but also with the customer service. Most roofing companies around here do not do that and only do the bare minimum. Our roof looks EXCEPTIONAL and we know it was done right. We would recommend them to anyone!!

Charles Sharp Roofing put a brand new roof on my house and tore off the old roof. Cleaned up after themselves. He also painted and fixed damages inside my house and did an excellent job. I had storm damage on my r oof and the insurance paid for a new roof. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing and interior repairs.

Answered all 1000 questions I had without an issue. Quality work and it didn't even take a week from start to finish. They even came back to patch up an issue we had within a few days.

I was having problems with my roof due to loss of shingles due to wind from a late-season storm.

When I called Charles, I expected him to be a couple days in getting to my place to check out the roof... I live 75 minutes from Jonesboro. Later that day he contacted me and told me that he had inspected the roof, taken pictures and would be sending a damage report that I could forward to my insurance company. WOW! What awesome same-day service.

After contacing my insurance company, the adjuster set a time to come look at the damage and document what he needed. Charles made another trip out to meet with him so that all the items which needed to be documented, were. He made the trip for, what turned out to be, about a 10 minute meeting!

When it came time for installation, Charles had the materials delivered one week prior to the start date. After a weather delay, he and his crew showed up and make quick work of removing the old shingles and installing the new roof.

Charles was always on top of the weather and ensured that his crew would not work too far ahead and leave areas of the roof exposed to any expected weather. There were two weather delays, however, he completed the complete removal and installation in 5 days.

After everything was complete, Charles made one last trip out to make sure everything was cleaned up properly and even trimmed a few low-hanging limbs that could cause potential damage to my new roof.

Simply put: Charles was prompt, professional, worked quickly but thoroughly and left my property in better shape than he found it... roof and surrounding property. You won't go wrong with his work. He also worked on a budget and kept the price where it needed to be, helping me navigate the insurance company processes and explain what I didn't understand.

I gave my elderly neighbor the phone number to call about repairs on their roof. This company came out installed a turbine and never cut the hole in the roof, just nailed it down on the house. My neighbor is now having to replace their roof because the repairs were never done and the company was paid. The elderly couple could not get on the roof to verify the work was done.

Charles Sharp Roofing put the roof on an addition to my house three years ago and I never had an issue until last month where the old roof lifted from the one he’d put on. The owner told me the old roof was damaged and basically out of life. He immediately tarped the problem area and advised me to contact my insurance company. He walked me through the process every step of the way and did a great job on my roof. His price was very reasonable as well. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

This is the most professional courteous roofing company I’ve ever had dealings with. The work done was perfect no mistakes and my home looks beautiful. Keith Sharp blessed me and my family helping us get a new roof when our insurance would only cover the shingles, he charged us labor for his guys and he didn’t make a profit! We have spent as much repairing our roof as we did for the original roofing job. We have lost shingles between 12-20 times in the last 3 years and now, no reputable roofer will repair unless we do a complete re-roof. I'm replacing buckets to catch water in multiple spots due to this tropical depression we are sitting under, as we speak. If i vould give less than one star, I would!

They did a great job on our roof. I have had no problems. Great clean up. After he left he made sure all the nails were gone. Since then I’ve only found 1 or 2 in my yard. I have and will recommend them to anybody.

I called Charles Sharp Roofing for a roof repair. He came within a reasonable time frame. He got the job done in a timely manner and was very professional. He actually went up and beyond what was asked of him. I am very impressed and I am very happy that I decided to go with him over the other 2 that I had contact.

Maintaining a property is expensive and hard work. I knew I needed a new roof for some time but kept putting it off because of the expense. However, it had to be done. I chose Keith @ Charles Sharp roofing because he cared. He went by, after a wind storm, and fixed my roof for nothing just because he knew it needed one & I couldn't afford it at the time. When I had money saved, he was my obvious choice. However, my spouse still wanted me to get a couple of estimates. I did. Keith beat their prices by more than a couple of hundred dollars, plus he guided me through the entire insurance claim. I didn't even think about claiming it on insurance but Keith explained I had storm damage and that my roof wouldn't be in as bad a shape if it hadn't been for acts of God and that should be covered on my insurance. Sure enough, it WAS! He did a GREAT job, he did it in a timely manner, and he was personable to boot. My roof looks Great & I don't have to worry about it for a long time because he went back with a better shingle than I had before! Thanks for the Great Job Guys!!

Very polite and efficient. Completed job in a surprisingly efficient manner and was very polite. Also was hundreds cheaper than other nearby competitors
