I would highly recommend Charles Pappas Jr. Remodeling Burgettstown Pa. My experience went above and beyond satisfied! I replaced all my house windows and to be honest was concerned how it would turn out. The installer was so professional and wow! the accuracy of his work. The clean up was top notch . The windows and storm door are absolutely beautiful. The price, quality and product warranty can't be beat and I did shop around. From a truly NO pressure salesperson to completion of the project I give them the highest Kudos.

I had a deck put on a rental property 5 years ago and it still looks brand new.. all boards are tight as they were when installed... I highly recommend this company...

We went to Charles Papas because we heard they were very reliable. We ordered the sliding glass door with a bright brass handle. The door and installation was great. The door handle however, was nickel. The installer assured us that this wasn’t a big deal and he could get the handle and put it on. Well this has been almost a year now and still no handle. We have called Charles Papas several times and the excuse has always been that there is a supply issue due to Covid. I find it hard to believe that no one in this year’s time has ordered a door with a bright brass handle. We were able to get a number from Papas for Sunrise door to see if we could see if we could get this problem resolved. We shouldn’t have to resolve this problem ourselves. We are very disappointed with the service we received. We thought we had finally found a company that we could rely on and could recommend to others.
