Champlain Roofing performed an outstanding roof replacement for me last week. Caty was an excellent sales rep who did an excellent job on the quoting portion which was the most comprehensive of any received.
Our job was complicated by the need to navigate solar panel removal and the weather which insisted on being uncooperative. The crew worked diligently until darkness and at the end, thoroughly cleaned up the entire area of nails and debris. Brenda in the office was so professional and showed an amazing degree of concern for all communications throughout the project which was important to me.
Within 3 days of the project completion, Ian visited me to inspect the job and make sure everything was satisfactory. We walked the property and only found one nail in the bushes - amazing!
If you want a roofing team that is professional, thorough, high quality and fairly priced, talk to CR. These guys are good and coming from a very fussy customer like myself speaks volumes regarding the quality of work done by this organization!

Crowley Construction has done a superb job renovating our home. The last piece of the puzzle was a new roof. Gary worked with Brian and Caty at Champlain Roofing to get us this amazing roof. Living on a ridge on the Islands of Champlain we experience powerful winds. Brian knew just what shingles we needed. The IKO Dynasty line is stunning installed. Caty worked with us thru the entire process. Her communication and customer service was excellent. She suggested the black drip edge with the black shingles. The chefs kiss to the lines of the house! Luis and his install team did a tremendous job. Highly recommend Champlain Roofing.

We recently had all four of our condo unit roofs replaced by Champlain Roofing. From the time Caty came to look at the property for the estimate until the job was complete she was very pleasant , easy to work with and very responsive. The crew that worked on the roofs were amazing. They were very punctual, hard working and completed all four roofs and a shed in one day. David the Project Manager was here on site to make sure everything went well . He was also pleasant and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has roofing needs!!

I've now worked with Champlain Roofing twice to do a full roof replacement at two different houses, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are extremely responsive, easy to work with, and did great work for fair prices. They were able to complete both jobs quickly, each only took a day.

Champlain Roofing recently replaced our old roof with a new one. Communication with the company went very smoothly from beginning to end. It took less than a day to have the old roof torn down & the new shingles installed. We were informed about quality, colors & durability of shingles before making a choice and all of our questions were answered. The crew of men who did the labor were hardworking and respectful of our home & yard (while working and during clean up). Great experience & great new roof!

The Need: A new roof for a garage. Champlain Roofing was quick to provide the estimate. Several things stood out with regard to our experience: First, upon arrival the crew got right down to business. They had the old roof off and the new one installed in three hours. And second, they left the yard cleaner than they found it. We are very pleased!

This company Was very easy to work with. They offered a fair price and did not price gouge me when this work was hard to come by from other companies. They were neat, clean, and completed the job in one day. They also communicated with me with a correct start day so I could clean up the yard for them. This was a very great experience. Much thanks to them and I will definitely recommend them again.

Our interactions with Brian and Champlain has been nothing but exceptional! I initially called them for a minor repair from some wind, and luckily the estimates are free. In that process, my home went through a large hail storm, thus damaging the entire roof. He gave me step by step instructions on how to get this handled quickly with my insurance company & even graciously volunteered to meet the adjuster for me to help with the process (they knew more than i did haha). Due to the type ofdamges (leaking), he expedited the installation of the roof to make the closing date & was very responsive & informative about each step through the process. I will never hire another contractor or roofing company as long as im in their area.

I received a sample of shingles for my house to look at ahead of time to make sure they'd be a match to the shingles on my detached garage. When the roofers arrived at my house, they first covered all windows and shrubs around my house to protect them, which I really appreciated - I have had roofing done in the past by other companies where shrubs and landscaping was damaged from ladders, nails left about, etc. My roof needed to be re-decked - it is an old house and the crew did a great job about getting it done fast. Champlain Roofing did a great job doing a everything on time and made it looking great. Thanks!
