We are so pleased with the kitchen cabinet restoration by Chambers. Quick with their estimate, short time frame to the job, excellent finish in record time! Highly recommend Tim and Homer and Alexandra and their company.
Not impressed with customer service:
Scheduled with HOA to paint condominiums in April; did not start until May, which meant all patio and courtyard furniture and yard art were moved out of place and the areas were unusable for over a month.
When the crews finally arrived, they posted "do not paint" tags on the brick posts, so we did not arrange flower beds and hedges out of the way. The painters then went ahead and painted the posts, which damaged the flower beds and hedges.
The paint crews set up their equipment on the lawns; power saws were used to cut border edges and the remnants of these sawed pieces were then left on the lawns! The paint cans and machines left paint residue on the lawns as well.
Several evenings after the painters finished for the day, their empty caulking cans and used tape rolls, as well as empty water bottles were left as debris on the lawns or in the courtyards.
To top the whole experience off, on Friday afternoon after they finished for the week, they left their big white, ugly truck parked right in front of our home, where it remained for the entire weekend.
Every time I saw the truck in front of the house, I was reminded of all the other inconsiderate episodes throughout the painting process; which prompted this post.
This is our third remodel with Chambers Construction. We have been happy with all of them. They get the job done, clean up after themselves and have been fair in their pricing. They also keep you in the loop during the work.
