Gary and Patrick built us a 2-car garage. Great experience throughout. They have a good system for organizing projects that is detailed and kept us informed. There was a thorough design phase with detailed drawings so we knew exactly what we’d get and the finished product was on-spec. The quality of the finished product was high. We’re very happy with our new garage. Highly recommended.

Patrick was hired to do work on our house in the spring, but never responded when we tried to finalize the schedule. Months later he said that he had reached out to us multiple times in multiple formats. We have no record of it. The deposit is non-refundable. Basically, he kept our deposit and disappeared into the night.

I had a great experience with Chagnon Building and Remodeling from start to finish. My initial phone call was answered promptly and there was never any delay in setting up visits, providing quotes, answering questions and completing the remodeling of my front porch. Patrick Chagnon was helpful and honest all the way through the project and his work was impeccable.

We had CBR remodel our large deck and gazebo. We are very happy with the result. Patrick gave us a timely and fair estimate. He provided a timeline and communicated with us throughout the project. Patrick and Gary's work was done professionally with attention to detail. When any issues came up, they addressed them with us quickly and provided options that were mindful of our project budget. At the end of every workday our yard/driveway were left organized and clean. We are planning to use CBR for our next home improvement project.

CBR worked on our bathrooms and installed wood flooring in our TV room. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with their quality of work and products they used. Everyone was considerate, on time, and friendly. They are very organized, and I highly recommend them!

Gary and Patrick were absolutey amazing during the renovation of my very outdated and weird kitchen!! I have never dealt with contractors who are so responsive, replying to emails and calls, and always patient and helpful! We had huge problems with the cabinet makers, and the Chagnons were champions in obtaining new cabinets, dealing with the company etc, until we had perfection! Added bonus, all their sub contractors were incredible too. I would totally recommend CBR to anyone looking for impeccable business practices and work, customer loyalty and the icing on the cake - so easy to work with!

I recently had Gary Chagnon, from CBR install 14 new replacement windows in my 103 year old home. His two knowledgeable carpenters removed the old windows, along with aluminum storm windows. Because of their professionalism, they worked in conjunction with each other and were able to complete the installation, in a meticulous manner, within two days.
I am very pleased with my new windows, which adds value to my home, and would definitely recommend CBR for any home building or remodeling project.

I had them over to do work in my kitchen and they did an AMAZING job. I would highly recommend them.

I have been waiting 7 months to have my final electrical and building inspections done. They left the site in January. Chagnon construction was paid in full in January (prob a mistake in hind site as there seems to be no hurry getting these accomplished). I have attempted to get in touch with them several times in those months about this and only once have they responded.Chagnon Construction is responsible for making sure these are done as the building contractor. The electrician was hired by him, paid by him and worked for him. I have tried to get these done on my own but was informed by the inspectors that the electrician and builder have to arrange these.The job is not completed until these are done. I will not be using them for any other projects.

Done business with Chagnon for a while, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is the contractor you wished you'd hired.

Chagnon Building & Remodeling just completed a completed a remodel of my master bathroom. Every aspect of the job exceeded my expectations. My communications with Chagnon were easy and all the subcontractors they work with were excellent. I recommend them for any job you might be considering.

These guys are amazing! They did my front porch and it came out beautiful!! Gary and Pat work well together and their level of craftsmanship is so beautiful, there is so much attention to detail. They use quality materials and the finished product is more than I could have asked for!
