I am very unhappy with my experience with CG Roofing. Their representative came out here and provided me with an estimate for a replacement metal roof, but the estimate raised some serious concerns about using tiles that required a slope on the flat part of my roof. Also, when I asked what wind speed the roof was designed to withstand, they did not answer. The representative could not tell me the wind speed withstand of the roof. Instead, they sent me a manual written by the manufacturer of the roof for me to estimate the max wind speed. I never received a design for the flat portion of the roof. All in all, I would have to advise people to steer clear of this vendor. They should not be stymied by a simple question like "What wind speed will the new roof be designed to accommodate?"

After getting work done my roof leaks every time it rains! I have been trying to get them to come back out to repair it but they continue to lie to me on when they’ll come but never show up. I am very unsatisfied with this company that claims to offer a 5 year warranty! I would seek somewhere else for your roofing needs

We had them come out a week ago to put a new roof on our home we just purchased. Emma and the guys were amazing!! She answered all of our questions and they were very professional. There was no mess left behind and our roof looks great!! I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone needing the services you provide. Thank you guys so much for the great experience!!!!

This was one of the best experiences we have with so much work being done all at once at our home.
We would give this company a 10 out of a 10 if the scoring allow for that.

We have had our share of unpleasant experiences with contractors, but not this time. Tony and his crew did great work. Kept on schedule. Were very responsive to needs. Cleaned the property at the end each day and left us with a great looking roof.

CG Roofing installed a new roof at my home. I am incredibly pleased with the result. It looks great and certainly adds to the curb appeal of my house. The crew was very efficient and finished the job quickly, despite a one-day delay for heavy rain. They anticipated the rain and made sure the roof was well covered to protect the house from potential water damage. They even worked on Saturday and part of the day on Sunday to finish.

Through out the entire process from first contact to the finished installation, Ben Cunningham was a pleasure to work with. Ben is very charming and personable and very knowledgeable of his profession. During the entire process he kept me informed of progress, answered my questions thoroughly and patiently, and consistently monitored the installation. Through out my 25 years as a naval officer, and as a business owner, and City of Jacksonville Public Works employee, I have worked with many contractors. I have never been more pleased with any of them as much as I am with Ben.

Every chance I get, I will certainly recommend your company and especially Ben.

Materials were dropped off on time. Roof was completed within a day and cleanup was exemplary. No hassle in the paperwork. Recommended.
