Chance Smith just finished a remodeling project in our home. Chance worked on four rooms. The bathroom was an extensive remodel. Chance did an excellent job. Chance is very meticulous with everything being square and level. He is very attentive to details.

Quality work. Chance takes pride in his work and it shows. We had him take on an immense task of remodeling a barn into a home. Let me tell you, I am beyond happy with my home. It turned out perfect. Chance did everything exactly how I wanted it done. He’s cost conscious without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend him for any product, big or small.

We gave Chance quite the challenge of turning an ugly barn into a “Barndominium” for our daughter. He did an excellent job! She chose a challenging tile for the kitchen backsplash and he did an amazing job! The transformation is unbelievable, from ugly barn to beautiful home! Thanks for a job well done!
