Scott was amazing, very thorough and explained any questions I had. He came to this house twice because he was unable to get into crawlspace and check electrical because the owners had it turned off. He was willing to come back and worked with me on the price the second time coming almost 2 hours away. He was extremely friendly and professional. He will be who I call and recommend anytime an inspection is needed. We need more people like Scott in this world. Absolutely, you should choose him! Thank you Scott so much for all your help.!! Scott was professional, knowledgeable and provided a detailed report. He was easy to reach and willing to discuss about the house prior to the physical inspection. I was in attendance during the inspection, he was punctual and explained well all the findings. He turned over the report quickly and it was well detailed. I also utilized Scott for termite inspection and mold testing.

Scott performed an inspection of a home I am in the process of buying. The cost of the inspection was very fair, he communicated clearly and timely, and he showed up early for the inspection. Throughout the inspection he walked me through all of his findings and explained in detail what he saw in a way that I could understand. He also was able to easily answer all questions that I had.
