I have used this inspection company for two home purchases. Both Keith and Jeff are knowledgeable and helpful during the inspections. The reports are thorough with descriptions and pictures. Inspection comes with warranties that are an added bonus.

Entire experience was first rate from arranging the inspection appointment to receiving the inspection report. Really fast and efficient turnaround on the report (next morning!). Inspection was amazingly comprehensive, covering details I hadn't even imagined. Providing a solid understanding of the state of the property Really hands on inspection from the inspector, Jeff. (Who just happens to be one of the most personable and fun to talk to people you'd ever hope to meet.) Explanations and comments during the actual inspection really complete and easy to understand (as was the amazing detail and photographic presentation in the written report itself). You could tell that Jeff really enjoys his work. He is a wonderful representative for the company. A delightful guy who gave my wife and me (newly relocated to the area) a quick guide to the attractions of Bellingham and environs (in addition to his gift at educating us to the state of the house and property). Really, a model of the best inspection experience you could ask for!

Keith, our inspector, was very thorough and informative during our inspection. It was much more than a “let me walk around and look at things” inspection approach. It was a “let me walk around and show you what I’m looking at and for so that you understand.”

Keith was extremely detailed and thorough. He made incredible suggestions, offered further evaluations to assist us and instructed in how to also be involved in inspecting our own home. The report provided bolded areas of emphasis, pictures or problematic areas and recommendations for further specialist to evaluate. We would highly recommend using this company if buying a home!
