The website advertises that they repair RV windows. Called to ask if they could replace the front glass of my travel trailer. The man who answered asked “ Whats a travel trailer?” With some chagrin, I explained it was a bumper pull rv. Still nothing. This did not instill much confidence so we will go elsewhere.

Called this afternoon to see when they could fix 2 rock chips in my windshield. Was informed to come now if able. I went and they fixed me up right away!! Great service, price and had a great conversation while I waited in their nice reception area!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Called these guys after getting a rock chip and was able to get in asap and get the crack fixed super fast and only $47 incl tax. Knowledgeable. Great Service. Friendly. Efficient. A+++

The best...fixed my leaky sun roof & chip in windshield in under 2 hours..then replaced my clients windshield on her car in 2 hours..very reasonably priced..highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Jeromy and his team at Certified Auto glass team enough. Their service is friendly, prompt, and courteous. Their pricing unbeatable. Cannot go wrong with them. I had a deep rock chip in my Audi, and they had me taken care of in a jiffy at a great price. I know where I am going when any auto glass issue comes up!

Had a large chip. It had starred quite a bit. Tech said he could try, but no guarantees. Took about 40 minutes, it was a fantastic outcome. You can still see the damage but it quite possibly might not spread. We were pleased. Went to pay and the owner said no charge if he can't guarantee 100%. Very good business practice and customer service. I recommend to everyone.

Had a large chip in the windshield, it had a few cracks radiating out from the chip. He said he said he could try but it might not work . He did it in about 45: minutes. Said he could not guarantee it. I said that was fine. At least they tried, and it was really quite a bit smaller. I went to pay, he said no charge. If I can't guarantee it 100% he doesn't charge. I thought that was awesome. It would have only been $45 but it was nice. Great service, great people. Highly recommend them.

The guys at Certified Auto Glass were very friendly and easy to work with. I was told my appointment would take anywhere from two to three hours. They had my car in the shop and done within an hour and a half. I 100% would recommend Certified Auto Glass for all your Glass replacement needs.

I needed a windshield replaced in a day. Called them at 830AM and they had it done by 4PM the same day! Super clutch amazing service!!

Stay local (and be happier). There is a difference in auto glass replacement and it’s worth staying local - this team goes above and beyond and even applied a rain coating that makes the moisture fall off of my car without the wipers. Highly recommend

Called to see cost of chip repair as well as when I could get an appointment. Several other places I called were 10+ days but I was able to get an appointment same day, just two hours after calling! Staff was very friendly and courteous and only took about 30 minutes to fix my windshield.

The guy who helped me was great. Very nice. The rock chip repair is the best Ive had. I can barely see it. Wonderful. Only one thing keeping it from 5stars....please do not move people's seats. You are in the car for a minute, you can deal. Not everyone has the memory setting.

I have been to this location 5+ times, as I travel often for work & my windows take a beating. Mark the manager is the best! I always enjoy him when I’m waiting. He’s helpful, kind, and just an all around great guy! All the guys are great! I’ll continue to recommend them forever- & see them with my vehicles forever

The staff were super nice, worked quickly, and made the whole process super easy. They also did their best to get me a good deal and keep the cost down. Will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends that need glass repairs.

Prices too high. Hard to contact local locations. They don't return calls and their not friendly. $175 for a rock chip. $550 for a replacement compared $40 rock chip repair and $230 replacement from local completion. They did not warranty their work. I won't bring them return business or recommend them.

I had a back window put in by this business.Less than 4 Months later the window shattered on its own. They could have possibly installed wrong or sold defective glass. When I asked them about it they said that it was a rock. There was no other vehicles around when it shattered. They want over $100 more than the last time on something that they should cover.

Great job changing out my windshield and promptly let me know it was time to come pick up my vehicle.
