I had a very bad flashing issue with the wall above my fireplace and the inside of my living room closet that needed repair and painting. Certapro is one of the best companies I have ever worked with regarding house repairs. Kevin and James and their teams were fantastic and did an excellent job. The estimate and completion of the work was quick, everyone was so professional and pleasant and the clean up was great. I would recommend them to everyone.

We could not say more positive things about CertaPro. Kevin and his team took on a big project for us with a 98 year old house covered in wallpaper. They scraped, repaired, and painted to perfection. Our service experience was AMAZING. Gabriel and his crew were so good I recommended them to my company, and they had them paint our office areas. So accommodating and nice. We had other home improvement projects going on at or around the same time. The flooring took much longer than anticipated. They came back MONTHS later and painted the floorboards and trim without complaint or push back. Such nice people, too. The whole painting experience was pleasant with this team! Thanks guys!

This crew did a very thorough job of painting our deck. The time they took and attention to detail was exceptional. Not as impressed with the pressure washing before, but overall, very satisfied.

High quality work and did everything promised. Job was well estimated at the front end and well supervised during the execution. No surprises and no extras. These guys have earned my trust and future business.

The CertaPro painting team arrived right on time and were very polite and completed the painting project on time. However, there were several unintended paint "drips" noted on adjacent walls that the CertaPro team did not paint. Also, the outside garage door with wood framing that the CertaPro team did paint is currently peeling and that's a shame.

They came to paint my front porch and part of the foundation. They completely scraped the paint, power washed the porch and did two coats of paint. After a couple of days there was a bubble and just a tiny bit of paint coming up. I called and they responded right away. They're coming back to repair it and make sure there's no other issues. Great customer service and I would definitely use them again and recommend them. I will be back to post before and after pics when completed.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The employee doing the quote well did not give us a quote. He even confirmed my email as that's how the quotes are sent. I checked all mail in my inboxes to no avail. After a short conversation confirming the email, the guy stopped responding, as did I in the end. A waste of time.

I was so impressed with these painters. They were very professional. They showed up on time, were neat and clean and quiet while they worked. They did an excellent job of painting some very difficult areas in my home. They asked questions if they were unsure about something and made every effort to please me. I would recommend them highly. I have never had some a good experience with painters.

CertaPro painted the entire exterior of our house that included 50 windows, 8 double doors, 4 doors, front double doors, and trim that was up to 3 stories.
CertaPro sent a good size team to accomplish the job in 4 days.
The team that performed the work was efficient, courteous, and very professional.
The service manager Josh was instrumental in providing us a fair price that worked for the company and homeowner.

The entire process went very smoothly. From scheduling to the finish. Nestor and his crew were awesome. We would definitely recommend them and if we have other projects they would be the first on my list to call!!!

We are pleased overall with the painting of our home. A few things I would like to point out:

1) Employees should ask permission before using personal items in the residence that they are working. (ie. microwave) and clean up their trash from lunch.

2) Also ask where we want them to clean brushes and rags they use to do their job. Not my kitchen sink!

3) I also believe that they could have done a better job of cleaning up splattered paint on the floors.

CertaPro Painters recently painted our interior and exterior doors, stripped wallpaper from our master bath, and painted those walls. The paint crew did a fabulous job on everything! They worked diligently for many hours, were very polite, and touched up anything that needed touch up. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters and would use them again. Josh and Jeff were very good to work with from their office also.

CertaPro met our needs for wallpaper removal and painting in two bathrooms. The team was prompt, professional and, important for us, able to work our job in quickly. The results look great!

We have really struggled to find contractors to do the simple things like answer inquiries, show up to appointments, and complete their work. With this in mind, we contacted Kevin at CertaPro Painters in Roanoke, Virginia and he responded to us right away, set an appointment and was on time. We received a competitive quote back in a few days. We received the quote in May, but couldn’t start the project until early September. Kevin put us in the schedule for early September and told us to check in 7 to 10 days before we needed them to start. In late August, we set a date to start the project, and the painters arrived on time and stayed until all the exterior work was complete. The painting crew was professional, careful, clean, neat, and overall great painters. We’re completely satisfied with the final product, but also with all communication and interaction with CertaPro Painters of Roanoke, Virginia. They earned all 5 stars (beginning to end) on this exterior painting project.

I thought that it was a fair bit of work. For me, it certainly would have been! But CertaPro's team made it look like nothing! They completed a week's worth of work in a single morning! Fast, efficient and great quality. Really pleased with the work.

We hired them to paint our home, to get it ready to sell. We had most of the interior of our house painted. They did a great job. They were very fast and courteous, and it was a great value. I would definitely recommend their service !!

No, I am absolutely reviewing the correct business. The work is under my husbands name. I spoke several times with Josh the office manager. And he’s in fact the person I was very clear without about not wanting solid stain, and yet that is the “fix” I was provided. It looks terrible and I will have to do a ton of work to fix it now.

Very unhappy with how some outside staining was done. Talked to them before the job was finished and let them know. The ultimate “fix” was exactly what I told them I did not want. I would have preferred that they had said “we don’t want the job” or “we can’t fix it the way you want” rather than what they ultimately did. Now it’s going to be even more work to fix it. Also they did not communicate well amongst themselves and with us. A very poor experience and expensive job for the result.

Todd arrived promptly, was polite, and worked quickly, listened to all my wants and obvious lack of knowledge and turned it all into a very reasonable emailed estimate a couple hours later. The painters were also very nice and very hard-working...arrived early and stayed late to finish in just 1 day. They turned my brick with tired yellow siding house into a classic brick with sparkling white painted siding. It's beautiful again! Even better than the day I bought it!

Time of work & pricing was good. Cutting in and rolling wasn’t blended well enough on our ceilings however, they came back to fix these areas. Great customer service!

The crew were efficient and did a solid job. The deck railing was in rough shape and the final paint job was a big improvement. They left the work site fairly clean. Price was reasonable. I would use them again.

We had our deck power washed and resealed. The CertaPro folks were very polite and professional and the deck looks great! My only concern is that they destroyed several of my plants and bushes around the deck during the process. Some of this may have been unavoidable due to placement of the ladder; but other plants were completely trampled by people where no ladder was needed.

Last week I had most of my downstairs painted and a stairwell going upstairs. The painters were prompt, hard working and paid attention to detail. All ceilings were painted as well. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

I hired CertaPro Painters to paint the trim and soffits of my brick home. I had used them before when I lived in Illinois and was very satisfied with their work. The Roanoke team did a great job and left my property in good shape. This was not a huge job and it is hard to find someone to handle smaller jobs

We never once had to ask for touchups as they just did them. We had recently put in all new landscaping in and the guys were so careful to go around all the plants and to protect them. I am very pleased with the overall process from start to finish I LOVE IT. Let's start with Kevin, he came to give me a quote as my house has not been painted in probable 10-15 years I had no idea how much it would be. He explained everything to me took notes of my do it yourself catastrophes and sent me a quote in 3 business days. Once I received the quote, I was pleasantly surprised,as I must of thought alot higher. 3 bedrooms ,1 bathroom, kitchen,dining room, livingroom,hallway, stairway and hand rails. I split the rooms and did 3 different sections. Painters - Maribel and crew were wonderful to work with. Clean, polite, and her husband fixed all my mistakes he is really good with that. Josh- Josh was wonderful also even with all my anxiety he was a pleasure. I have included some pictures. They are all wonderful people. It was not on my list of things to do this year but I did it and so glad I did. I will be using them again for the other floors.

What a fabulous company! From the first phone call to work completion- professional, caring, honest. They provided me with a written quote. The work needed for my project was explained clearly. Two visits were needed and this was also explained ahead of time. The crew was respectful of my property and did quality work. They even did several extra things for my home that were not on the quote- for no charge. They did a wonderful clean up after the work was done. They even washed my windows, saving me a lot of trouble. I am so very pleased with all the work. It was just what I needed and what was promised. Byron and his team at CertaPro did an outstanding job with my dining room project. I needed wallpaper removed that had been up for 20 plus years and the ceiling and walls painted.
