I would not hesitate to hire CertaPro again. They were efficient, took extra care so as to not leave a mess and did a very professional job. It was my first time hiring a professional painting company and I was not disappointed.

Communication was great, before, during, and after. Questions answered quickly. Painters were courteous and respectful. Site was kept clean. Rhe pau t job was done well. We would recommend!

We are REALLY happy with the painting that was done in our vaulted great room, hallways and entry. We were impressed by the amount of prep work that was done cheerfully...lots of drywall repair of cracks, holes and everything taped off and protected. Jose, Javier, Eli, Henry, Nester and the Henrique (?) were all so helpful, careful and professional. Matt did a great job of communicating expectations and making it a seamless positive experience. We were looking for a painter to paint the interior of our home. We had received a couple of quotes and then received a flyer in the mail from CertaPro. They were slightly more expensive than the other quotes, but we got a good vibe from the process and the assurances that were given. So, we gave them a shot.

Everything from the sales process (Matt is great) through to the final inspection and payment was top notch. It had been estimated that it would take 2-3 days to get our project done. The painters (Alex, Alex & David) were in and out in only 1 day. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the project coordinator took me through the house to make sure that everything was up to our expectations.

The next day, I even received a message from the project coordinator making sure that we were still satisfied after we could see it in the full daylight.

While I would say that I would use them again, I already have. Based on the process, we hired CertaPro to paint my commercial building and that crew (Javier & team) did a wonderful job, as well. They started early and worked late in order to make sure that the job got done on time and to our satisfaction.

We are also having them quote refinishing our deck.

If you need a painter, you won't go wrong with CertaPro.

Start to finish excellent! Even with a few hiccups they did a great job of finishing the project. I definitely recommend. If I ever need more painting done I know I will contact them again.

CertaPro is an excellent choice for your painting and sealing projects. My wife and I have used them now 3 times and we have never had any problems. Very detailed from start to finish…Bob with exceptional questions and clarification to Jeff who did an amazing job preparing and then painting two, badly needed painted, garage doors. They were once white and once previously painted over.

From start to finish it was a good experience. Matt the rep that came to give the quote was friendly and professional. Even after we were assigned a crew Matt kept in contact. The painting crew lead by Gilberto (Gil) was prompt and finished in a reasonable time. Gil answered any questions I had during the process. The crew did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Highly recommend, if I have any jobs in the future they will definitely get the first call.

I was impressed with the company's promptness and accommodating scheduling. The painting crew provided the work promised in the contract and in one case provided more. The worksite was left clean and in order each workday and following the completion of the job. The work crew was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My home has been refreshed, and I didn't have to climb a ladder. I would recommend the company.

Matt, in sales was extremely professional, took the time to understand the details of the project Helped us achieve the color coordination we wanted to go with for the living room, bathrooms and hallways took the time to explain the differences and paint finishes to help us achieve the look on the wall we were going for to hide a lot of previous owners mistakes. The paint job on our cabinet is absolutely beautiful. The color gives the room a whole new look. Very pleased.

I was satisfied with the painting Certapro did, they coordinated well with the Post Master as far as time frames, and scheduling. However the did for get to paint a few of the window frames that were included with the estimate and came back in a prompt time frame. Matt was very efficient with call backs and sending pictures of the on going job.
Overall they did a good job and I would hire them again.

Your crew were professional and respectful of my property. I had no problems communicating my painting needs and all of the areas that were called for repainting were completely satisfactorily.

We had to have our great room ceiling painted due to a water leak. Jason did the patch work necessary and painted the ceiling in a lot less time than we expected. He made sure everything was covered so there were no drips or spotting. I would hire him again if we need to paint something else

Very pleased with entire process of painting project CertaPro completed for me. Good communication, detailed quote and quick completion with quality result.

The CertaPro painting team sent to our house to complete all interior house painting were punctual, fully equipped, courteous, tidy, precise, quick, conscientious, professional, organized and efficient. I would not hesitate to ask for the same crew for the next project.

My experience with CertaPro Plymouth was mixed. They were prompt and thorough up front with estimates and communicating thru completion of the job. Visiting the jobsite as they got started, it appeared they had done a good job of protecting areas in the rooms being painted with things like the fireplace facade and appliances well covered. I was shocked however to find after the job was completed that portions of finished floors/stairs had not been covered and exhibited the telltale fine droplets of paint from rolling the ceilings/walls. Further, when an employee came back to touch up an area after the job was done and protective coverings removed, I found large drips left on finished flooring. I was further disappointed as direct messages to both the office coordinator and the job estimator asking for a call to discuss these and other disappointing quality issues were not responded to. They are efficient at getting their invoice out immediately upon completion, but it was disappointing that they do not reach out to confirm customer satisfaction and appear to be unwilling to respond to requests to discuss issues with the customer after completion.
Subsequent to this post, Matt contacted me, we discussed my concerns, and resolved my issues satisfactorily. I rate them FOUR stars, without reservation.

Overall I am pleased. My shed was in desperate need, and it looks so much better. It was a little on the pricey side, and a few details could have been done better, with a little conversation. (They didn't open the shed doors, so some areas were missed.) Also, I'm not a big fan of subcontractors doing a job, when I hired a specific company, and I'm not sure of the dynamic in my situation, but the guys that came to do my shed apparently knew I was considering doing my garage floor as a separate project, and told my wife (as they handed her a business card from another company) that they could do it for cheaper than CertaPro. As I business owner myself, if I were CertaPro, I'd be upset with that type of business practice.

I recently had CertaPro come paint my rusty lintels and repair an interior ceiling crack. They finished the exterior work in a few hours (dry time included) and had the ceiling crack re-taped, mudded, and painted in two days. The painter even took extra care to make sure to the repair blended in with the existing ceiling.
I will definitely be calling them to take care of any future painting needs!

We had Certapro paint the exterior of our cedar sided home in August of 2024. They took one day to wash the total exterior and three days to complete the painting. The two men who did all the work were outstanding. They recaulked all end joints that had cracked and applied two coats of paint. They were very careful removing and replacing downspout, covered all windows, doors, the deck etc. I can’t say enough good things about these two workers. Although Certapro is a bit expensive I am giving them a five star rating because of the outstanding job these two workers did.

Great job by Joe and Mike. Showed up as scheduled, took the time to do it right and cleaned up really well.

Quality work with attention to details. Sales was honest about the job and expected results (remediation of lead paint) based on the condition of the room (an enclosed porch) and delivered better than we anticipated. Workers were friendly and made sure to get the details right that made the difference.
