Called Greg's company at 5:04 pm and left a message. 15 mins later I received a call back. The very next day Stephen came out to fix the AC. He was very knowledgeable. It took a couple hours but he was able to get the AC working!! A big thank you to Stephen and Greg's team. Will definitely use them again if I need anything!! Great customer service !!

Called for service, they promptly setup a day to diagnose the problem ($135). They arrived on time and were courteous. After coming to “diagnose” the problem, they scheduled another day to seemingly fix the problem (one week later). (They did clearly state that they may not be able to resolve the problem that day due to a lack of supplies on truck.) One week later, they came to apparently fix the issue - only to “diagnose” the problem again (no charge). They stated upon leaving that they would call to give a quote on the repairs. Another week later, I had to call to inquire about quote and diagnosis. They stated that they would gather information and call the next day. Well, this is day 2 and still waiting for call……

Fortunately, it wasn’t a major issue. If it was, I would be calling another company and out $135. Truly unfortunate and disappointing.

We had a water leak entering through (or near) the fresh air intake vent in our basement. We finally received a quote that never addressed the issue. To my surprise, the quote involved the installation of a “moisture removal system / radon mitigation system” valued at $7,770. I ended up caulking around the fresh air intake vent at a cost of $8.00. It seems to have resolved the issue.

I just had an upgrade in my heating and cooling system this fall and have regular checks included with my purchase. So Dexter came out to check that everything is working properly and that I am satisfied with my new furnace. I have been totally satisfied with the functioning so far and Dexter said everything looks good.

Tyler was quick to diagnose and provide a solution, not settling for the quick fix but performing a full valve replacement. Better yet, his communication of what and why really stood out as going above and beyond. Thanks Tyler!

I believe it was Greg himself who assisted my 83 year old mother at 9pm on the Friday of a holiday weekend with a problem that was far less than she imagined. Not only do my siblings and I wish to thank you for your kindness, but also let the community know what a down to earth great company you run.

Fall furnace inspection and tune. very comprehensive with a long list of items checked. Our technition was fast and thorough. He put on some foot coverings to keep clean feet when he had to walk on our carpet to get to our thermostat!

Dexter was very thorough and walked me through any repairs that were needed along with my option for repairs. Very happy with Steger Heating & Air's service.

As it turns out, Nick found the thermostat functioning correctly and he thinks the nearness of the TV may be affecting the thermostat. Seems a little strange because that TV has been there for the last 3 years. I will observe closely.

Greg and his team are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. When I had to reroute some duct work for a down draft stove, they were the only HVAC company in the surrounding area willing and able to tackle the project. Their pricing was more than fair and the job was done in a timely manner. I subsequently signed up for their heating/ac maintenance program.

This company has been very good to us. We have been with them for almost 10 years. This past summer we had an emergency with our air conditioning on a weekend and they came in and cooled us off on one of the hottest weekends of the aummer. We appreciate their promptness to emergencies as well as regular maintenance.

Fast, courteous, and expert service. We had our furnace go out on a 20 degree cold day, and Greg was there within an hour and got it fixed.

Stephen was out today and was right on top of things. Always nice to see a friendly face when we are having issues.
