CertaPro just completed my project - painting all trim and shutters and porches and had to repair/replace wood at the soffits. They also repaired and painted the drywall ceiling due to a roof leak in a bathroom. They did a superb job. The crew was excellent and showed me great skill in all the work performed. Kevin and Kim were a pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with the work and the customer service. I give them my highest recommendation.

Highly Recommend. Simply put, they are customer and quality oriented. From the advisors like Kevin (who came out multiple times to ensure a thorough job and quote while being flexible to my family's needs/timeline), to Kim (who worked with us extensively when there was an unforeseen error and ensure it was corrected), to Isaac (who did an amazing paint job), CertaPro has professionals all-around. They have been amazing from getting a quote to touching base with me after the paint dried off and ensured I did not need additional touch-ups.

I got my deck done with CertaPro after getting a quote from three different vendors. CertaPro although was not the cheapest, they offered the most flexibility, professionalism, and warranty - which is why we went with them. After signing the contract (super easy) with them and submitting a deposit (which Kevin & Kim took me through step-by-step and ensured I knew what I was getting myself into and disclosed all nuances and addressed my questions), they constantly were engaged with me to schedule the right time for our deck. They came out and picked up the paint can that we painted our deck before so that the colors matched what we painted before - as ordered by us. They came out and completed the paint job flawlessly. However, there was an issue - the paint vendor did not do a good QC and gave CertaPro a different color paint...when I brought this to CertaPro's attention, they immediately jumped to rectify it. They got in contact with the paint producer and figured out where it went wrong and worked with me to schedule another day to replace the paint; cost free (rightfully so but without any complaints or haggling...they apologized multiple times and were truly upset that they couldn't catch this earlier and were inconveniencing us). After few days, they came out and completed a new paint job - again, flawlessly. After it was complete, I got a call the next day from Kim and Kevin asking how I liked my deck and if I needed anything else. They also mentioned that they will come out and touch-up if there were any spots that needed it. Furthermore, they made sure I was aware of the warranty provided by the paint producer for any chipping or peeling. I tell this story to paint (pun intended) the picture for potential customers of CertaPro - for me, they were an experienced, customer-oriented, quality professionals that stopped at nothing short of complete customer satisfaction. Yes they are not the cheapest; however, if you want quality and if you want peace of mind - I highly recommend CertaPro!!!!

Love the folks at CertaPro Clarksville. It may be a nationally known organization but the franchise is locally owned, and Cary, the owner, is great. He came out personally to do the estimate, the first day of the work to make sure everyone was on the same page, and after the work was done to make sure everything was right. The crew was top-notch. Made sure to protect our newly installed floors and furniture was well protected. They also helped move some stuff back that was moved for the floors because I had hand surgery and couldn't do much. Will definitely be calling Cary for our next paint job.

Outstanding!!!! Repainted about 1,000 square feet of ceiling for us. Started at about 8:30 in morning with prepping, masking, etc. was totally finished and cleanup up done by about 4:30 that same afternoon. All of that done by one man working alone. We were amazed at how quickly it went. Prep and cleanup were so well done that there was no paint spots or other left over residue. And to top it off, the cost was actually less than we had anticipated. 100% happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

I used CertaPro, Cary and Kim in the past. They painted the inside of my entire house. I was so very impressed and taken back by the attention to detail professionalism and customer service. I decided to use them again when it was time to paint my backyard fence. I could not wait to see the transformation. But unfortunately you could tell the team that was used to paint my house were not the same team used to paint my fence. The job went a little longer than it was anticipated due to the team. I contacted Kim and she immediately jumped into action contacting Cary to resolve the issue. A new team was hired sent to complete my fence. Due to the unforeseen issues Cary and Kim's dedication to the value of their customer and customer service went above and beyond to make sure that I was well satisfied with the outcome.
