I shopped around with a few contractors before deciding to use Jose and his crew. The guys did a roof across the street from my house. Im very pleased I decided to go with them through the whole process any questions I had he didn’t have any problems with explaining them to me his communication was awesome and the work speak for itself they did a awesome job I would definitely recommend Jose to anyone that’s in need of a new roof or even a repair

I saw an ad for Cerberus construction llc while I was working in Ecorse, I took a photo of it. Months later, I'm sitting with my wife and it's raining, and water is just pouring into my bungalow. I remember the photo, call the number and I'm immediately contacted by a man who tells me it'll be about a hundred dollars. I agree and it's all good. He made the repair for free. Free. It was only a little patch after all, but then he gave me a detailed appraisal of my current roof. I was very impressed. I'll need the entire roof replaced soon and my garage. I know who I'm going to call when I'm ready. He said it should hold for a year or two.

Jose and his crew knocked it out of the park on this job. They removed and replaced 6000sf in two days. They pay close attention to details and were responsive to every question and concern that I had. They cleaned up when they were done and I highly recommend them. Price was also very reasonable.

Mr. Santos-Cruz and his roofing crew arrived on time and went immediately to work. They were efficient, professional, and thorough. They were also courteous and careful while working around our bushes and gardens. They took extra time to make sure everything was cleaned up after the job was done. I was impressed from start to finish and would recommend Cerberus Construction without reservation.

I’m so happy we found Cerberus Construction! Jose and his crew did an amazing job stripping the roof on our house, replacing 14 sheets of plywood, installing 3 skylights, and reroofing the house, garage, and an extra small garage all in one day. Awesome! Great job on the construction clean up afterwards. Jose provided great communication and coordination throughout the process. I waited until we went through a rainstorm before writing this review. No leaks anywhere. Thank you to Jose and his crew that worked so hard that day.

Cerberus Construction’s work is absolutely amazing! Jose and his crew completed my roof and skylights in 7 hours! His process was seamless when it came to picking a trusted brand and color to the instructions needed day of! I couldn’t be happier with the results and absolutely loved the communication…he sent before and after pictures the whole way through
