We had Cenvar fix our roof on a rental house and our personal house. Everything was top notch from Titus giving us the estimate and keeping us informed to the guys who fixed the roof. Special shout out to Ryan Marlman. He was so professional and has such a great personality. Thanks Cenvar for EVERYTHING!!! You guys are awesome.

I got 4 quotes for a new roof. Cenvar was not the cheapest but they were the most professional.

The day they came to do the quote, I had a written quote to review before they left along with a number of brochures. I wanted to look at other houses to see how the various colors look installed. They sent me list of about 10 local homes I could drive by which was super helpful.

Materials arrived when they said they would and the whole job was completed in 2 days vs the estimate of 2.5 days. On the 2nd day in an effort to beat the afternoon rain they had a crew of 11 guys show up to complete the job. Pablo the team lead and David the project coordinator were great to work with and answered all my questions

During the install 2 bushes were damaged and they had no problem with replacing them. Additional there was damage to a gutter where a tool slid down the roof and punched a hole in the gutter. Some companies would have just patched it but Cenvar sent out the gutter team the next day and replaced the entire 60 foot long one piece gutter!

Another benefit of working with Cenvar was the ease of financing the job. The process was easy and took 5 minutes on the phone.

Griffon Coggins was hard at work, making sure his foreman, Johnny, had everything they needed at all times. Everyone was extremely careful with the plants, and the cleanup was amazing.

They were great. Finished job in one day. Installers arrived at 7 am moved outdoor furniture, put down tarps to collect debris and put on my new roof. It looks great. Afterwards cleaned up and put everything back. Neighbors were impressed. They brought enough people to get the job done. Supervisor introduced himself at the beginning and was my on-site contact. I recommend them highly.

We can’t say enough about our experience with having a new roof installed by Cenvar. Titus was very thorough in explaining the products that were available. Scheduling of the job was very efficient and the workers on the job site were very polite and worked very hard even though temperatures were in the upper 90’s. When the job was finished you could not even tell that someone had been there working as they cleaned up the old shingles and took them away and made sure there were no nails left behind. I would highly recommend this company.

Originally I had contacted a roofing company that my family members have used before, but they weren’t able to do the work for a few months. As I wanted to make sure that the roof wasn’t leaking, I searched the internet for the best roofing companies in our area. I saw that Cenvar had good reviews, so I called for an estimate. They were quick to provide this, and to get the work scheduled for a good price. They installed my roof in one day, and the next day they installed the gutters. They stayed in communication during the whole process, and sent detailed photos of the work that was done. While they were installing the gutters, they noticed a gap between the roof and the gutters in one place. They contacted me to let me know, and came out to fix it very quickly, then sent photos to show that the issue had been resolved. I am very pleased with how the new roof and gutters look, and I really appreciate this company’s thoroughness, attention to detail, and honesty. They are a great business to work with.

Cenvar showed up on time with a hardworking, friendly, helpful crew. They did an excellent job in a timely and extremely organized and professional manner. Ramone and his crew were very hard workers and extremely polite and professional. The roof looks fantastic. The care and detail they took with our rock chimney looks wonderful. We were extremely impressed by the work ethic and the immaculate clean up. David Steven’s, the project manager, was helpful on the site and followed up right away to make certain everything was finished to our satisfaction. Cenvar’s roofing has been helpful, professional, and easy to work with from the time they came to give me estimates, through the answering of questions, to the very quick scheduling of my roof installation, and the final inspection. They weren’t pushy when I needed more time to weigh my options and make decisions, and when I made my final decision they scheduled me for 2 days later! The crew was courteous, efficient, and professional. The project manager kept me updated about what I could expect and where he was (he had to leave to check on another job) throughout the day. He came back the next day to inspect and answer a question I had. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cenvar!

Overall very happy with the customer service, communication and quality of work. My only complaint was the level of care by the crew for my personal property. Several of my solar garden decorations were broken which in itself would not have bothered me but they didn't tell me and that was disappointing.
UPDATE: Cenvar called me and offered to replace any objects that were broken. I never expected that and it speaks volumes for the integrity of the company. Not only do they read the reviews but they immediately address any issues. I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars, not because they are replacing the broken decorations but because they clearly care about their customers and that means everything to me.

We are so pleased with all of the employees at Cenvar Roofing in Roanoke and Lynchburg especially Titus Payne who went above and beyond working with a difficult insurance company. After - sending 20 pictures the insurance adjustor needed more proof of damage and Titus returned to our home and got a video as well per her request. All of this was happening right after a violent windstorm and ice damage that ruined our roof and tore the gutters off the house. We also appreciate Peter and Omar and their team who worked so hard removing and replacing the roof and the gutters. 5 stars for all of them. We highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

I had my 60+ year old metal roof replaced. Cenvar did an amazing job. There was great communication throughout the process and all my questions were answered quickly. The crew that replaced the roof were all hard workers and they completed the job thoroughly and cleanly. I highly recommend this company!

Our roof install went very well. The men who did the work were courteous and efficient. The task was completed in one day which was great! The finished product looked great and the cleanup was thorough and meticulously done. Peter oversaw a portion of the work and gave me adequate opportunities to ask questions. I would recommend Cenvar to anyone who needs roof replacement or solar.

I am speaking as to their setting up for a quote. I set up a date for my quote . The guy that was supposed to come out and give me my quote, called me and told me that he could not make it that he was ill and that he would come out the next week. I told him that would not work because I was going to be out of town and unavailable that week and I did not want him here. I traveled To LA California and was there the morning that he decided that HE wanted to do my appointment. Imagine my shock as I was notified by my ring doorbell of a man standing on my front porch. He said he was there to give me my quote and that I had set an appointment a very quickly told him that he called me to cancel the first one that we had because he was ill and I had told him that I was going to be in LA and did not want to set one up until I got back . I found this to be very disturbing that there was a man standing on my front porch, talking to me on my ring doorbell while I was in California after telling him that I would not set the appointment until I got back from California If they can’t follow those simple instructions I was sure not going to let them put a roof on my house.

From the estimate from Titus to the install through Peter, we were very satisfied with the professional and friendly service. The workmanship was outstanding. They left the place so clean you’d never know they’d been there. The job was done in 1/2 days. The metal roof completely changed the character of the house.

The team that installed the roof was courteous and efficient and the cleanup process afterwards was extremely good! I would recommend them to anyone need int a roof repair !

Cenvar was a wonderful company to work with. Their communication was great, calling and emailing frequently to keep me in the loop on what is going on. The crew they sent out worked hard and efficient and cleaned up great when finished. They noticed and fixed many leaks I was having in the roof. For that, I'm grateful. I will recommend using them.

Took time to explain everything to expect.
Very professional and didn't leave a mess. Even with our 3 annoying dogs barking whole time. The workers were very professional and informatived if and when things needed to be replaced due to old roof.

We were pleased with the work that Cenvar did four or five years ago at our home. We recently had a shingle blow off in a windstorm (or so we thought). We contacted Cenvar, and they sent Mark out to do the repair under warranty. Mark was exceedingly professional and fixed the spot quick as a wink. A membrane on the shingle had come apart. Then Mark noticed a place in the roof that was not smooth. He investigated, made a repair, and was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Cenvar is lucky to have Mark as an ambassador for their business!

This is our second experience with cenvar. They are way beyond what's expected. So polite and respectful. Every aspect of their business is 5 star. And price comparison is wonderful also.

We had a wonderful experience with Cenvar, From having them provide us a quote to actually coming out on site and doing the work, they were very professional, very competitive in price and quite honestly pretty seamless.
We wound up using them because of my parents using them recently plus their CEO has a pretty awesome beard in the TV commercials ha ha ha.
We didn’t have to put any money down in order to get the job completed. They came on site early in the day as they promised, and they were done around lunchtime. The new roof looks great. We are very pleased and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking around for a new roof.
Side note: I will say that they also do gutters although they don’t really advertise it. I will have to get back with him in a year or so to get my gutters redone.

The crew came on time and removed the old metal roof and skylights, replacing with the new metal roof and skylights within the schedule timeframe. They cleaned away all old materials and left my front porch cleaner than before! Everyone on the team, from the estimator to the scheduler and project manager to the roofers themselves were very professional and answered all my questions throughout the process. I would use this company again.

We were very happy with Cenvar when replacing our roof. The workers were on time and worked to get our roof done quickly and professionally. I can't say enough bad things about this company. First off Mr. Titus lied to us about the financing that my wife and I qualified for and didn't tell us about it until weeks later. My wife call to complain and was brushed off by Rita when she let her know what happened. Also the installers did about a thousand dollars of damage to our home and property and didn't say anything about it. The installers backed their trailer into the side of the house, cracking our oversize house numbers plate, and I found out today that they backed into my eight hundred dollar blackstone grill ruining it. It makes since, we were originally told that they were going to take the trailer around back where the grill is, but when we got home, the trailer was on the side of the house with the house numbers.
I dont know anything about roofing, but this poor of quality in other aspects of the job and the lack of character it takes to own up to the mistakes makes me question the work that was done on my home. I recommend that anyone and everyone should find another company for their roofing needs.

When looking for roofing company, I wanted a company that guaranteed their work. And also did gutters. Cenvar was the company. Great salesman Greg and the crew that did our home was amazing. The crew was great. They cleaned up after they were done. The supervisor explained that the gutters would be in place in 3 weeks. I love the color and the style of my metal roof. I have recommended Cenvar to a coworkers. 50 year roof is the way to go. They worked 3 days till 6 pm. We did our house and garage. My husband did the walk thru and found a few things and they fixed them the next day. If any boards was to be replace we were called before they replaced them. These guys worked hard and long hours in the cold. If I could give them a 10 I would. Thank you Cenvar

Cenvar replaced our roof today and it was an amazing experience! From the beginning when Brendan came to look at our roof and give us a quote, to ordering the supplies we needed, coordinating the team to replace the roof, all the way to completing it. Cenvar is amazing! The crew showed up first thing this morning and were done around lunchtime. Peter, the project manager was very helpful explaining to us what was going on and even did a walk around afterwards to show us everything that had been done. Ya’ll are all fabulous and we are so happy we went with your company!
