Took my home from my family couldn't spare a few days for me to get my family's belongings stole my personal property.
Took home that doesn't even belong to them. Treat me like I'm a piece of trash and threw me and my family on the street I'm disabled they could have just thrown me out but to keep my mobile home and all our belongings. Things that belonged to my Dad and mom. Our clothes blankets beds furniture took everything we owned gave me 20 minutes to get and go had the police remove me from the property. I've never been so disrespected in all my life my dad was a well respected veteran. U.S military and National Guard . Commander of American legion. A Well respected citizen. and it wasn't just me but they done the same to several others as well.

Switching property management companies is never an easy choice, but Nicole Wilcox made the decision to switch to Century 21 SoWesCo a no-brainer! She impressed me from the first time I e-mailed her on a Sunday afternoon. Not expecting to hear from her until Monday, I was delighted and surprised when Nicole called me within an hour or so of my message to her! She kept up with my progression in leaving my old company, checking in periodically and was always there to help with any questions.

Since having her on board, she has helped us through some really unique situations with professionalism and great communication. Nicole has represented us well and has been a great support system finding answers to every question asked and any problem that has come up. Her bubbly attitude is infectious and she leads with honesty and integrity. Nicole has become like family to me and I feel like she cares as much about my property as I do.

I have placed my rental property under the capable hands of Nicole Wilcox and Daniel Hallum. My home has been continuously leased and cared for since I chose Nicole to represent my interests. She has negotiated top dollar rentals with very good tenants. Nicole is very personable and capable bringing boundless energy to job every day. As an added bonus, Daniel Hallum came on board shortly after I engaged SoWesCo to handle things. Daniel has overseen emergency repairs and professionally handled day to day occurrences as they arise at the property. As an absentee property owner, I have great confidence in both and I no longer have the anxiety of the responsibilities of property management! #BEST CHOICE I'VE EVER MADE

Nicole Wilcox was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect rental and negotiated terms on our behalf to get us everything we wanted. She was personable and professional and took extra precaution during this time of Covid.
Nicole made the application process simple and easy for us. She took time during the move in inspection to make sure everything was documented and taken care of. Property manager is very professional and attends to all needs of property owner and tenants. Response times are great. They will go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled in a professional manner.

Do NOT rent the property at 1220 Cooper street in Farmington, NM. Even Century 21 can not and WILL NOT stand up against this owner and their petty/unjust charges and antics. If you think that going through a property management company will make renting easier, you'll be very disappointed if you rent 1220 Cooper.
And they'll also let the owner enter the house without any supervision while you're living there and without notice.

Nicole has an energy and cheerfulness that is very infectious. She always has a can do attitude and is very responsive when called upon. It has taken a real load off of us having her and Century 21 manage our real estate portfolio.

I would highly recommend Nicole Wilcox for any property management needs. She is professional, very motivated to serve the property owners in any way that is needed. She has very high energy and the expertise that serves her well. She has been my go-to person from a distance while we have been renting our home and I could not have done this without her!

Nicole and Century21 made this an awesome experience! I’ve used other property managers and lost lots of money. Nicole did everything. We signed the papers and she found us great tenants. After that, we didn’t really hear from her. She managed our house and the tenants so we didn’t have to stress. We live out of state and that means a lot! This has been an awesome experience dealing with Nicole. She has been taking care of my property for the past 2 years and doing an amazing job. Century 21 has been managing my property for the past 5 years. As long as I have someone like Nicole taking care of my property I'm in good hands. Contacted Patsy at the office for a listing. Left voicemails, sent texts that show delivered, sent email, all asking for her to respond. A week later, nothing, radio silence from her. I am surprised they treat new customers like this. If they don't want the listing, they should just say so, but they apparently won't. I can't support all the high ratings for this company on Google. Very frustrating when people can't respond to even one form of communication.

Nicole Wilcox worked so hard to help us find a home. We had to have a short term, temporary house in the interim, and Nicole found that for us as well. 2 great homes within 2 weeks! What more could one expect! She exceeds all expectations!

I previously left a review on the facebook page for Nicole Wilcox - Property Manager and she deleted it. Unfortunately, the general public looking for a property rental or manager needs to know these details. We have been living in a home she represents since October of 2018. We have had nothing but issues, major repairs needing made, etc. with NO resolve. We have had a leaking roof [like waterfall down our entire fireplace leaking, as well as another room] this has been going on since January 2019. We still do not have a roof replacement. We have significant inside ceiling damage; not inclusive of the mold inside the spots that are wet and the fact that we will likely have to relocate for repairs and will certainly have to move furniture, give them another of our full days or more for free and accommodate them.

I wish I could say that Nicole had any respect for the law or even being an ethically aligned person serving her clients but unfortunately, she has chosen to harass us, tried to find ways to make us leave, etc. When asked why she did this and was so negligent - her answer was simply "I dont know" we had a major electrical issue on our roof a few weeks ago to which she wanted the contractor to rig our swamp cooler to work and take the risk of the home catching fire.

Bottom line - we have a homeowner who has ZERO desire to spend money to maintain their already deeply dilapidated property and a Property Manager who does not care to communicate, much less keep children and families in safe and HABITABLE LIVING CONDITIONS AS REQUIRED BY LAW. We are filing a lawsuit against the homeowner and Nicole Wilcox tomorrow because she has chosen to disregard our safety, well being and mental sanity.

RUN at all costs from her bubbly talk over you, rushed way of dealing with things. No matter how much you love a home or need a place to live - RUN fast and far from the financial ruin and mental stress she will put you in.

Anyone looking for a property manager Nicole was amazing . I would highly recommend her . She is prompt, very informative, and has the perfect bubbly personality for this job. She had our house ready for a rental agreement within just a few days of meeting with here and before the listing even went live we had a rental agreement. Excellent service that is hard to find in the Farmington area. Thanks again Nicole.
