I am a General Contractor and have used Central Wa Roofing for most of my projects. My top two reasons should be on everyone’s list. For starters, they are very professional. They’re not swearing in front people or putting each other down. They are more than happy to answer any questions home owners have and even go as far as explaining/sharing the knowledge they have of the product they’re installing.
Second would be the quality of their trade. They take a lot of pride in the work they do and for good reason. At the end of every day they make sure there is no debris and material is secured for the night. At the end of every job, they do a final sweep and ask if the homeowners have any questions before they leave.
The types of roof systems Froy has installed for me have been metal, shingle and TPO as well as installing skylights! Yes, they install skylights as well!
I highly recommend them for any size job from repairs to full on new/reroofing residential/commercial.
