We had a huge remodel done the month of April and May. We had all carpet removed and did hardwood, all new counter tops through the entire house, back plash in kitchen, bathrooms and laundery room, all trim removed with new bigger bolder modetn trim, master shower completely re-done and a HUGE wall in our living room painted. There was a color mistake with one of our kitchen granite counters that we didn't notice and thankfully Fransico noticed and it was corrected.
The kitchen backslash didn't turn out very well and he had it ripped out and redone with different tile... I cried when I saw the new tile. It's absolutely beautiful. Our master shower feels like an expensive hotel dream shower.. it's stunning and beautiful!
My fiance was extremely picky with how he wanted our floors. We kept all the tile so the transition was very important to him... the team that did our floor was almost half done with our living room till my fiancé notice aproblem. It was resolved professionally and friendly. It's perfect. Our counter tops are beautiful.. everything turn out better than we imagined and Francisco even painted our front door! Also they made our crazy wedding platforms... any side job we asked, he complied.

I got call and text notifications throughout the whole proccess and any questions I had, he and his team made sure i was well informed.

We have a large, older home. The outside of it needed some major tlc. Francisco’s crew worked for 3 days straight just in the prep. They really took their time in all details to make it as close to perfect as possible. They mended broken trim pieces, repaired part of our porch floorboards, and painted every detail to perfection. The attention to detail is outstanding! All the members of the crew were very kind and respectful, and were so great to work with. They left the job site each day clean and neat. These guys are hard workers! They were at our house at 6am every day and worked hard all day long. Also, Francisco was a great communicator in every way. He and his wife, Arianna were also very helpful when I was stumped on some color choices for our doors and helped us make the best decision possible. You can ask their advice in any of your choices and they will probably be right. ;-)

We are very happy with their work and would love to work with them again in the future. I would recommend 150%!

Francisco and his team came out and painted the entire interior of the house… in 2 days ! His bid was fair, he kept in touch with me throughout the 2 days. When he finished and had me do a walk through I was amazed at the beautiful job they did using top quality paint. He even went above and beyond, moving all appliances and painting behind them. Repainted some window sills that weren’t even on the bid list. The place was spotless, he vacuumed, wiped all counters, l have not seen that quality and care in a work ethic in a long time. Francisco and his crew were just what I needed to complete a backyard stairs repair. I have trex decking going up to my pool but the foundation was wood and was completely rotted out and my railings were flimsy and unsecured. Had a couple of ideas, and Francisco was very prepared to rebuild any way I wanted. We ended up disassembling trex and reassembling after foundation was removed and rebuilt. The finished product is so much better, stronger, and longer lasting and his crew was amazing at reusing the original trex and you cant even tell that they are the original boards. The care to not damage, the way they kept the work site clean, and the way he communicated as we went along were the best I’ve found here in Yakima. I don’t think there isn’t anything Francisco can’t do for you and your home projects. I highly recommend using him. Top Line for the win!!! Great Job.

Top Aline Painting and construction did an excellent job on my recent home update. I hired them to replace flooring and baseboards throughout my home as well as paint the inside of my home. Wow!! Exceeded our expectations with the paint job on all of our kitchen cabinets. They took the time to really be careful with prep and clean up too!! I was communicated with every step of the way, and the price was very competitive too. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone that stepped into our house from the team was hard working, very pleasant, and best of all very talented. I have immediately thought of a couple more projects for them to work on. You will not be disappointed when you hire them!! Believe me the pics I posted don’t do Justice even to their brilliant work.

I hired Top Line Painting in October 2024 to do the move out repairs for a 2 bedroom apartment I rent out. They painted the entire unit, installed LVP flooring, replaced 3 light fixtures with ceiling fans, and cleaned the apartment. Since I do not live in Yakima, my property management company's maintenance manager did a quality control check. He said the paint job and LVP flooring installation looked great. After Francisco was done, there were a few repairs I asked him to go back and do differently than he had done and he did so immediately. While he was working in the unit he noticed water leaking from the bathroom into a bedroom and coordinated with my usual plumber to do the repairs. I was impressed by Francisco's high level of customer service; he returned my texts, calls and emails quickly. He texted me photos while work was in process and when the project was done. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. This is the second time I have hired Francisco and I would hire him again.

We hired Jimenez Topnotch Painting to paint 2 of our bathrooms due to the terrible job on the painting from the builders and they did an amazing job!! While he was giving us our estimate on the painting we also hired him and his crew to replace our flooring on our main floor and the work they did is awesome! Very detailed and they keep everything as clean as they can and organized. We have already given his name out to friends! We will definitely use them again:)
